Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.
Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.
I don't understand the concept of paying to get your personal luggage onboard and then asked to check it in.... either sell the space or don't, its a hassle to carry those all through the airport just to make a check in at the last minute.
It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.
Georgian Airways check in staff initially denied us, because they thought passengers required transit visas to transfer on connecting flights. This required 70 minutes for them to call multiple people to confirm how transfers worked. They did not apologize once accepting our check in. Onboard, the four hour flight gave stale bread with spam slices as lunch. The only included drinks were still or sparkling water.
Very good crew. Food service above average. Seats very small for a 12 hours flight.
They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE

Latam wouldn’t tell me how much checked luggage would until I was at the airport and they charged me the highest price possible. Besides that, it was okay.
The assistance we received and the flight itself was wonderful. We will fly with LATAM airlines again, in the future.
Poor handling of carry on luggage. We had a 8 hour stop in Santiago, are over 70 and, in spite of paying full fare they wanted to send carry on to luggage hold. No empathy. We had to show that several group 4/5 passengers were not sending their carry ons before they finally let Is keep them. Very poor .
We departed and landed on time, the aircraft was clean and comfortable, the crew were lovely. Online checkin worked well and the self service bag drop at the airport worked well. The a/c was an Airbus A330 and has been fitted with a good entertainment system with lots of choice in many languages. The price I paid for the flight was competitive with other airlines apart from the budget carriers, none of whom I was familiar with so I stuck to an airline I have used in previous visits to South America.
I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.
The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.
I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go
It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.
I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing
Terrible They charged me 157$ for excess baggage even though my bags were within the normally accepted limits Flight was late. Service was poor. The snacks were really bad
I did not like the fact that the first leg of our trip from Canada to Nassau was delayed by 3 hours so we missed our connection to London. But yet the follow day our flight never left Canada until about 1:10 the following morning. Only 2 of the 3 persons in my group was issued meal vouchers. We lost a day of sightseeing in London. On the Canada to Nassau London I requested a cup of water which the stewardess shrug me off and never brought it
Unfortunately, my experience with Air Canada was not as great as I had hoped. The flight attendants were not very friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant. I expected better customer service and a more positive attitude from the crew. I hope Air Canada takes this feedback into consideration and works to improve the passenger experience.

We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.
Was disappointed when landing in Canada was made to wait for over 1 hour with several other parents and babies for our strollers . The expectation was that the gate checked strollers would be there when exiting aircraft. This was not the case we were told to walk to a point and wait for them . After being left there and not being updated we were met with very hostile and rude air canada staff . There where no apologies or understanding even though all the children where very uncomfortable and the parents very frustrated as you can imagine . Instead the air canada staff at the airport where very rude and made an already frustrating situation much worse instead of trying to assure the parents that that were making effort to fix the situation. One gentleman in particular was very rude to some parents telling them to move when they were simply seeking information. He made the other parents including myself feel very uncomfortable. He also told a gentleman he was capturing images of everyones boarding pass when this was untrue as he was only taking a photo of the gentleman pass which was strange.
The crew from Toronto Santiago (and the other way) weren't nice people. They seemed angry. Other flights with Air Canada had much nicer crews. Bathrooms always had sticky floors. Yuck!
It was good, seating was a little tight apart from that all was well.
I liked the flight but the check in was horrendous. I have booked with you before but not ever had to pay extra for luggage, it was not clear on booking, I didn't know there was different categories of economy that meant different allowances. So was alarmed when we had to pay a further £120 at the check-in at a point of not changing.
Flight 3 hours late due to poor planning followed by a thunderstorm which happened after the scheduled departure time. Plane stuck on ground for 3 hours and flight connections missed without compensation resulting in new tickets needing to be bought.
There was confusion over the electric wheelchair. Though it was categorized and double checked at checking the gate seemed confused by the chair.
Boarding was a mad rush as people still had issues with boarding passes and groups 3- 7 were asked to board when travelers were still stuck behind the document check. Food was one of the worst I’ve ever had in an Economy flight. The crew was very friendly though
We were delayed 2 hours because the crew was late. They need better planning by the crew, we had to sit in uncomfortable seats waiting for them.
Difficulty to check in online, but well handled at the airport. Flight delay was unfortunate. Crew was adequate but not what we have usually experienced from BA. Seat was not comfortable.
Charging $300 to be able to pick a seat next to your wife was nothing less than extortion.
I’m very mad because I paid an extra $105 to change seats to an exit row with more leg room. The app clearly showed a gap in between the seats in the row I changed my seat to and I paid for it. When I boarded the plane, it wasn’t an exit row seat and no more room than my original seat. I feel like I was ripped off $105.
I had a great experience , crew was great and enjoyed the entertainment options I will be booking my next International trip with them .
Front desk was closed at 6 pm, I was unable to get my boarding pass and as such missed my connecting flight home.
Overall a great. However, the seating is way too narrow, for guys with any shoulder width. Luckily the crew moved the guy next to me, or it would have been miserable.
The plane was not well maintained. The entertainment system didn’t work properly, eg moving map. Many of the seat controls did not work. Cabin temperature fluctuated considerably during the flight. The seat allocated was poor, it was noisy and offered no privacy. The perfume in the toilet triggered severe allergies. Crew was very goid.
Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
Those seats were very comfortable. Nice leg room and food was great 👍
