They canceled my flight, I had to rent a car, drive 14 hours. They tell to go on line for a refund, but only offer $24 for a $210 flight and you can’t get hold of anybody by phone and no help from staff at the airport.

All good but I could barely get my arms and legs into the room in front of me. Have never been so cramped before. Plane left the gate on time, taxied very quickly and took off without waiting. Unique. Arrival on time. No problem

No TV's. Seats are super uncomfortable. Crew was great!

Horrible. Multiple delays for every reason imaginable. Missed connection which led to missing work. How does a plane make a detour to refuel. Do the fueling then have to refuel a second time at the exact same spot? Mind blowing.

Very nice. Cabin crew is very attentive and professional. So nice!

Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

Terrible. My brother broke his leg and couldn’t board the flight and air Canada couldn’t do anything about rescheduling his flight. Poor customer service and help all around

We had a lot problems in beginning but Air Canada took very good care of us

Having the take off and boarding postponed back and forth a few times was unsettling. The crew wasn’t all that friendly and attentive. Washrooms were filthy from the beginning. Like it never had been cleaned.
