every single person involved showed their joy, working in the airline industry - it created a very pleasant atmosphere for everyone

Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

Terrible. My brother broke his leg and couldn’t board the flight and air Canada couldn’t do anything about rescheduling his flight. Poor customer service and help all around

We had a lot problems in beginning but Air Canada took very good care of us

The boarding was at a dual gate hallway and there was only one spoken explanation about which way to turn to board the correct plane. It wasn't marked visually at the split in the gate. The phone charger did not work at my seat. The temperature was quite chilly throughout the flight and the recorded announcements were extremely loud for a small plane.

Having the take off and boarding postponed back and forth a few times was unsettling. The crew wasn’t all that friendly and attentive. Washrooms were filthy from the beginning. Like it never had been cleaned.

For boarding, after family with youngsters, you should have 65 and over. Whatever rules, enforce them. It’s frustrating for those who respect them to see aggressive people rush to the gate out of turn…

Regarding the onboard entertainment system: the dual audio jack plug is not compatible with a standard jack. I had to listen to the audio in one ear for the whole flight. The airline should hand out adapters. The touchscreen was flaky, sometimes it reacted to touching it, sometimes it didn't.

The flight was good, the inflight tv's are too old and hard to work
