Cons: There was a hurricane and I couldn't get you to cancel my flight. I was not able to fly because of car damage and work responsibilities from the storm. I am waiting to hear from Allianz, the insurance company to see if I will get a refund.

Cons: The Three Stooges are running this operation! The first plane was too small! So Silver Air drove us to Miami to get on American Air flight. This flight had too much fuel to land in rain, so we had to go back to Miami to get more fuel to try it again!
Pros: Plane was clean. That’s important to me. Flight attendant Heather was very lovely. The flight was great. Pleasantly surprised as I have never been on such a small plane. Thank you the entire crew.

Cons: Late boarding. Announced clearly. Overheard other passengers who had been told differing times regarding another flight. Heard this at gate and then others at ticket counter earlier. It was discouraging to hear other passengers not being pleased with services.

Pros: The airline changed the schedule of the flight to 10 hours earlier, which would have meant we would sit in the Ft Lauderdale airport for 14 hours. I cancelled the flight and applied for a refund thru Kayak. Six months later, I still haven't been refunded.

Cons: No A/C at terminal. 1 fan. Cooler outside than in. Plane was late. Ground crew super slow. Took forever to takeoff after boarding. The safety recording was the slowest and most redundant I’ve ever heard. The flight attendant was visibly embarrassed by it.

Cons: During the summer the planes are not air conditioned while on the ground. Consequently, the heat while sitting on the tarmac can be brutal, and another shower is needed after reaching the destination.
