I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child.

Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery.

I came to the airport on 17:30 but The Checkin counter were open too late, after 1800. There was only 1 staff member in the counter. The lines were long and crouded . After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous.

20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters.

I had booked a day trip to London. The night before flight I received phone call from Easyjet offering me Euro250 to take a later flight as only a smaller plane than planned was available. But then you decided obviously not to send the smaller plane but did not bother phoning or emailing us customers as you had done the previous evening. I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem

Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company.

I am writing in respect to the flight cancellation and the inconvenience caused to my family. My family and I were scheduled to fly on EZ to Aberdeen on wed the 1st of August, as a result of flight cancellation we have had to remove this part of our holiday from our scheduled as we are travelling through the Uk on our pre planned summer holiday. the cost incurred and the reimbursement that I expect as a result of the inconvenience caused to my family, are the cost of our transport from our Airbnb to Gatwick, transport to the accommodation EasyJet booked for the nite, the cost of transport from Holiday inn express Gatwick Crawley, back to our accommodation at Kingston, and the fact that Flybe our return departure back to London on the 6th of August has refused to refund us the sum £310 that has been payed towards our return flight back to london on the 6th of August. They have expressed it is absolutely not their fault easyJet decided to cancel, they have offered to make changes to dates or destination for a minimum cost of £45 per per family member and that excludes the change in fare racking up another £225 or more just to be in Aberdeen for the planned 6days. We are not resident in England and have an outbound flight to catch to our country of resident. This simply means changing our international outbound ticket as well for at least £350 per person, excluding the difference in fare which could be a minimum of £1760 which at this point I can no longer afford. In order for the rest of what is left of our summer holiday not to continue getting ruined, we have had to cancel the Aberdeen part of our trip due to easy jet disruption. Both easy jet and Flybe have treated us like we are not their customers simply because we didn’t book directly like other customers. It was a long ezcucautiing process just to make a refund and claim expenses. I have sent a few emails to the address given which seem to be wrong. I have in used a total of £180 in transportation cost for me and my 4 family members just to catch a cancelled flight not to talk about food cost.

Flight rescheduled to morning, notification sent to junk mail but didn't see it / open it so was unaware. Resulted in us having to bol new flight to Birmingham and hiring a car at a cost of 600 GBP, not a great end to a cracking holiday. Suggest Kayak is careful in recomending last-minute. Com as this can impact Kayak good brand

Direct flight and excellent service from attendants

Seat selection was changed to middle seats without prior notice and the seats are so close together , when the women in front reclined her seat the dinner tray did not fit. An attendant eventually asked her to put her seat upright. Once dinner was over, back to a recline position, far too closer to the seat behind.

Short flight time.

Two of us were booked on the same seat on a full flight. The staff never apologized or explained what was happening. Luckily, we both managed to get to Vienna due to some passengers missing their flight. Howeveer, abysmal service, no explanation and overall terrible experience.

Staff were especially helpful at the check-in desk, ushering us straight through as we had three small children.

Had to stand even whilst the plane pushed back waiting for staff to deal with fitting a child seat for the row in front that ultimately they were unable to achieve. At no point, even after they had failed to fit the seat, did they say it was ok for me or two of my children to sit back down. All attention was on the passengers they were dealing with directly.

The Paris to Luton flight is nearly always delayed. The is no slack in the timetable so any morning delay continues until the evening.

Overall Easyjet is an ok airline, I will continue to fly with them, however, small things like paying extra for speedy boarding and then not having a separate line is a real disappointment. Given the option I would pay a the extra to fly with a better airline, however, being from Northern Ireland we are limited to what we can have.

Forgot my luggage in Toronto. This is the second time with aer Lingus in the past 8 month. Had to pay for my seat and baggage on top of ticket price, was unaware.

Flight was delayed, update from the gate was 10 minute delay, actually the delay was an hour. Paying for beer and wine on a national carrier - really. Service was one and done, if you missed the first pass the crew were not coming back...you can however walk to the galley.

Staff were especially helpful at the check-in desk, ushering us straight through as we had three small children.

Had to stand even whilst the plane pushed back waiting for staff to deal with fitting a child seat for the row in front that ultimately they were unable to achieve. At no point, even after they had failed to fit the seat, did they say it was ok for me or two of my children to sit back down. All attention was on the passengers they were dealing with directly.

Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company.

Flight rescheduled to morning, notification sent to junk mail but didn't see it / open it so was unaware. Resulted in us having to bol new flight to Birmingham and hiring a car at a cost of 600 GBP, not a great end to a cracking holiday. Suggest Kayak is careful in recomending last-minute. Com as this can impact Kayak good brand
