Cons: Everything, basically... The flight was delayed almost an hour, boarding was uncomfortable, there was no food service on board, flight attendants were less than friendly, and takeoff was shaky and turbulent.

Cons: Could not checkin on website for 2 days We were charged 60 Euros late checkin fee at airport.

Pros: On time and well maintained

Cons: Where to began?? The most unorganized company I've ever come across. They don't accept online checkin. They don't explain that you need to pay for an airport fee which is 45 euros in addition to the plane ticket which is crazy. Oh customer service... Ha ha ha ha. Just a mess. Never again with this airline, I'd rather pay extra and go with another airline.

Pros: Everything was easy ie checkin was easy, boarding was easy, the flight was easy, and luggage claim was easy - all round I'm very satisified with the my flight with easyjet - problem free and ontime

Cons: The opening time of the check-in counter could have been provided in the booking information but that is a very minor thing - I arrived 3 hours before the flight but the check in didn't open until 2.5 hours before the flight which if I knew - then i could sleep in an extra 30 mins :-)

Cons: Early Sunday fligh... took 30 mins to queue from motorway to Stansted terminal. If were checking in bag there was a big queue too (I didn't need to). The slowest part was airport security, allow extra 20 minutes at least to get through. Did priority boarding so we didn't queue to board and sat together and had room for our bags (some ended up at feet or in hold)

Cons: The flight was okay but 40 minutes late due to issues at Hamburg Airport. I.e. the problem was not with the actual flight or with Ryanair.

Cons: Not much was good about this flight. I had to pay an extra €55 because I couldn’t check in online 2 hours prior and had to do it at the airport. The flight itself was a sales pitch with every few moments the flight attendants offering things to sell. I’ll try not to take Ryanair again.

Pros: Auto rebooked for delayed flight and missed connection.

Cons: Seats not rebooked together, and it would have been possible. Broken seats all around us. Annoying flight attendants. Won't mention the screaming kids, but while the flight attendants were nagging passengers for everything, they didn't say a word to the inattentive parents of the screamers. Air conditioning didnt work well. Crazy small seats, no padding in seats. It was a tough flight.

Cons: Never got this flight, got connection via Amsterdam to Berlin, but just because I organised it. No help from Iberia!

Pros: Comfortable seats and easy to travel from SDC to CDG. The crew was very friendly and helpful at the gate and on the aircraft.

Cons: Nothing. Great crew and easy flight. Connection in Madrid left plenty of time.

Cons: Already jet lagged, cranky, and pissed off from 1st leg of trip. 2nd leg was on an aircraft with little entertainment options. Also was forced to check my carry on because flight was packed. I hate checking bags which is why I travel light i.e. 1 carry on and maybe a backpack.

Cons: Same issue: cannot choose the seat in advance or check in.

Cons: The seats are extremely small cramped and I had to sit with my legs in the aisle. The flight attendants didn’t care about seat assignments so they put people wherever they wanted, causing issues when those people were in others seats. No in flight entertainment (zero stars). No complimentary snacks; had to pay for everything. Decent selection of food. The entry attendants were inconsistent with hand luggage size and took my correctly size soft bag to check but allowed larger hard luggage on the plane.

Pros: Crew was nice and reliable.

Pros: Price to fly on this airline is very reasonable and affordable. I would fly on on this airline just for that reason alone.

Cons: I paid extra for priority boarding and, though I was one of the first 20 passengers on board, I was not allowed to put my bag in the overheard compartment. I was told to put both my purse (not a tiny one, mind you) and my carry on bag under the seat. And, because I had an isle seat, the space was smaller than average. So I had to fly cramped up. Because I'm not an EU citizen, I had to queue up as if to check in luggage to have a stamp placed on my boarding pass. Then another queue to board the plane because they don't bother to call by row or group number like most airlines. The boarding was chaotic. The seats are very uncomfortable. They don't even give you one small cup of water. You have to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water that would cost you 1 elsewhere. Finally, the landing was very hard and shook everyone about.

Cons: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Pros: Bag check in was great! Had a great experience with the Easy Jet staff. Security was u bit unfriendly.

Cons: The staff was not professional and extremely rude. After the flights were delayed and canceled...they were not accomodating and staff barely could speak my language English. It was very terrifying not being able to get help all alone in a foreign country.

Cons: Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

Pros: I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline

Cons: Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before.

Pros: I could not fault anything with this flight. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight, was able to drop my bag (I kept it to 20kgs) and pass security all within 15 minutes. Boarding was efficient and the seat quite comfortable. I was asleep before take off and didn't wake until 30 mins before landing. For any airline that many complain about - there is nothing I could fault. Yes - it is cheap and yes there are restrictions but if you follow the advice ie pack to the kg limit, arrive as per the airline suggestion for checkin and be at the gate when required and pre-order any food (or eat before the flight) - there is nothing I can complain about - it was cheap and I was able to be where I needed to be 10 min ahead of schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: It's a large company in London so it was easy to navigate at the terminals.

Cons: It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special.

Pros: The check in was very good and there were people about to ask if you needed help

Pros: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Cons: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Pros: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Cons: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Cons: The crew on this flight were indinfirent towards passenger especially the male crew members. When I asked help for my little bag of souvenirs it was thrown with disregard.

Pros: Because of a delay in the first leg of my trip, I missed my connection in London. However, I was placed on the next available flight without much hassle, although I did arrive later than the group I was meeting up with.

Pros: The flight attendants were very kind and even brought by child activity packs for my 2 children flying with me. The flight was on time!

Cons: Unboarding on the runway was unpleasant, and having to take a bus to the correct terminal... but it beats circling in the air forever like I'v had to do in the past.

Cons: Webjet.com and me are waiting to get my flight changed by British Airways. I tried to change my flight because of paperwork issues. I was not given any paper to report the issue. I took pictures of myself at the British Airways counter. I called customer service. They told me my contract was with webjet.com. Webjet.com told me British Airways initially reported that it was a no show. (I was at the counter for about 2 hours, and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com). I hope that my contract with webjet.com does not become frustrated because of British Airways interference. I was not even allowed to change my flight to come back at the end of September. It is very likely that British Airways has some part of the money paid to webjet.com. I am still waiting for British Airways to cooperate. I don't understand why webjet.com had to tell me British Airways initially reported my long wait and conversations with their agents for 2 hours as a no show. I can prove I was there and that I talked to their agents. I also have the email from webjet.com in which they told me British Airways was reporting it to the webjet.com as a no show (and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com)
