Cons: Kiwi.com said in ALL their communications that the weight limit for carry on luggage was 7 kilograms, even though Norwegian air's website said the limit was a much more reasonable (but still skimpy) 10 kilograms. When we got to the airport, they confirmed it was 10 kg.
Pros: Price for the flight was nice from NYC - JFK to London for me. Useful to have budget airlines for further distances, if you don't mind missing large chunks of basic amenities. Bathrooms on this flight were more clean and nicer than most flights I've been on too.
Cons: I did not like the extremely long and inefficient way they board onto planes. They say they are starting to board and then we waited over 20 minutes just to hear who was going to board first. Then they ask for rows 18-28, leaving out the rows 29-36 or something like that, which created an extremely long and late boarding process. Once they started boarding people it was a giant mess in the waiting area and of course, once people have their ticket scanned, then you continue to wait in a long line past the kiosk for another 10 minutes. Getting Food, drink, and even the Customs Form was really inefficient -- the person with the forms walked quickly down the aisle and missed me because he was looking at the other side and not checking with each aisle like most flight attendents would. I ended up getting my customs form taking it from the drink cart when it was sticking out.
Cons: Any sort of hint that my passport expiring within the next three months would be an issue. I was not made aware until I got to London now I am stranded here thanks
Pros: The seat was comfortable. Left late but arrived on time.
Cons: Booked through a service so didn't know no food or water free on a trans-Atlantic flight. Flight "boarded" 1.5 hrs before the take-off time. We were connecting, so rushed to the gate without food or water. Then just sat in a locked area. Only sandwich available on flight--7 Euros. Water was 3E.

Cons: We were diverted to Dulles because of weather, which is no one' fault, of course. We were assured on the flight that there would be buses ready to take us to New York or accommodation for us if the roads were too dangerous. We went through immigration and were greeted by a resounding silence on the part of Norwegian. No representative, no message, no announcement, no luggage, which we STILL have not received a week later. All efforts to get in touch with Norwegian were fruitless. Never, never, never will I give them my business again.
Cons: They didn't dim the lights as much as previous flights, which would have helped to sleep. However, none of the tv's for entertainment were working for the entire flight. I know that the flight attendants attempted to reset it a couple times, and that it was out of their hands, but it made the flight very disappointing.
Pros: The flight attendants worked non stop during my flights! Anytime I ever needed anything they were right there to help. I had a very smooth flight!

Cons: The plane is old and in need of replacement or total interior redo. The walk to the gate from the terminal is forever and once you are arrive there isn't anything to do but wait. The crew was OK but nothing more than doing the basics. While steerage is not expected to be comfortable a redo or new plane would make it better.

Cons: We missed our connecting flight due to the fact that the TAP crew leaving Barcelona said there was “fog” and therefore, nearly half of the flight had the same connecting flight to London. On top of it, they had no other flights and put us up in a hotel instead.
