Everything exceeded expectations. Lots of food, space, drinks, and excellent flight crew. Excellent video selection.
Crew rearranged people before takeoff to allow elbow room. Excellent food, salad and vegetable with meat option to help with hydration, wonderful noodle.
Slightly too cool but I had an extra blanket and that is preferable to hot.
Suitcase did not arrive, had a 3+ hours layover in Frankfurt, enough to get my bag sorted and sent to Oslo, but did not arrive
Online check in, easy to board. Flight was on time.
I wish there was a vegan option for the food/snack onboard.

It went good from Jax to Geneva but returned from Newark to Jax flight was delayed and plane was overbooked small plane very uncomfortable
The crew was professional, courteous and accommodating.
Didn’t like the food. Couldn’t eat stale eggs and there was not enough chocolate crepe for all requested. The flight departed 45 mins after the schedule. The landing was bumpy and few times really scary.
United just gives you the sense that no one cares.
Got home without delays. As satisfactory as possible in economy class.

Movie app required, but not compatible with laptop. Seats were worn. Could not complete work tasks as no internet available.
Smooth flight, mostly friendly staff, good food
We paid extra for seats with additional leg room and knowing the first row of these is at a wall with no room for feet with legs extended, we requested a different row. We did not get this though we were told we did AND paid for it.
Three hour delay, endless gate changes and basically no information shared as to what was causing all the problems. Don't think I'll use Air Canada again if they can be avoided.

The flight was operated by Air Canada, who habitually assume either that the people in the final row have no hand luggage or simply suffer from a severe lack of operational storage capacity. Overhead bins full of spare plastic cups. As far as the crew are concerned, no problem, because you can just push your way three or four rows forward while everyone else is boarding and then take someone else's overhead space. When will Air Canada learn how to run an airline?
