On time...comfortable, clean, newish A321...good leg room...friendly crew...pain au chocolat for breakfast
1) USB charger and electric outlet 2) Availability of 2-across economy seats (for a price) 3) Vegetarian dinner option available and not too bad 4) Flight arrived on-time
1) Front seat pocket bulging with 2 extra-thick in-flight magazines 2) No on-board wifi 3) Not much seating room - very thin

Personal treatment I have received as I was with a 7 months baby. An agent helps me to carry my hand luggages up to the plane entrance and to pass in priority

They lost my luggage
Flight from Amsterdam was 2 hours late. Caused me to miss connection on train from London to Leeds which then cost me 124 pounds to rebook. No information was forthcoming at all at the airport and there were 3 different departure times given. Absolute chaos. The airline is a joke
That we didn't crash
Being delayed and missing my connecting flight. No entertainment onboard (for hours and hours).
Why do the crew have to slam the overhead and catering compartments to get them to shut?
No chargers or tv on planes
At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!
The crew were just amazing, such lovely male stewards! They were helpful and friendly and generally wonderful.
The entertainment was quite dated and didn't have new movies etc
