The flight from HYD to DOH was delayed by 3 hours and we missed the connection from DOH to MIA. We had to wait 24H more to get the MIA flight. It was a total disaster. If the flight crew had waited 1 more hour to accommodate their 3 hour delayed flight, we would not have lost a whole day !
Flight canceled twice. Second cancellation with no notice. Qatar only got me to Copenhagen even thou flight from Copenhagen to Helsinki was code shared with QR they made me purchase a separate ticket for over 200€. At check in only 1 check in was allowed. I had to argue with staff to allow the second, carry-on sized, bag to be checked in for free. My original tix allowed 2 full size luggage as checked luggage. My 14+hr flight turned into a 60+ hr journey. 😢
I am a big person and have back pain and swelling in my legs, so this was a challenging flight due to confined space. I didn't find the crew very friendly either. I will think twice before flying long distances with Qatar again, due to the lack of legroom.
The American/Hollywood movies in the entertainment system lack english subtitles, they tend to have only arabic subtitles. Coupled with the low quality airplane earphones and cabin noise, it sometimes is difficult to follow the movie dialogues.
Was downgraded from business to economy due to a faulty seat in business class. However when I boarded the plane there were no less than 5 free business class seats. Will never fly Qatar Airways again
Boston to Doha was great but Doha to Dhaka was the worst experience.
The made us waiting and held our passports and boarding pass making us miss our flights
I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job
Boarding delayed, no communication. I left the lounge, and heard a final call, boarding started after a 30 minutes.
Bag check in at DC was slow. Boarding process was slow more due to customers unfamiliar with how to board properly. Food and service was excellent!
I always travel on Turkish Airlines but seriously I am I am considering to change because this is not the first time that the flight attendant are rude and they dont help. I asked for cold water with ice 5 times and I got water with no ice and this is not the first time to ask for something and you dont get it. Also I noticed this behavior only towards people who are not turkish.
A lot of things can be done to improve in flight experience
Crew were unfriendly, touch screen for movies didn't work very well, seats were tight and uncomfortable
Great food, great entertainment and very helpful, caring & attentive staff.
Make sure to request a vegetarian meal in advance. They printed out menus for all passengers with the options but by the time they were halfway through (for breakfast and dinner), the vegetarian options were already all taken.
Istanbul to Miami is a very long flight, somewhat uncomfortable, especially because the seating offers very limited space outside of business class.
Very good except the boarding process too forever and wasn’t organized by group. I had a heavy pack or I wouldn’t have minded. I was in business. There were no audible announcements in the waiting area about boarding and everyone packed into the boarding area. Then boarding stopped for a long time but the staff made no announcements to update waiting passengers about the holdup. The flight was good after we got on.
My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

This is the first and last time I will be traveling Turkish airlines. The flight was delayed three times. Second time we sat on the aircraft for approximately an hour and a half. Initially told that the delay would only be 15 minutes then no explanation thereafter except that we were deboarding. We missed our connecting flights to Zimbabwe, and had to pay for a overnight hotel stay in addition to paying for a new tickets to our get to our final destination. They allowed us to order food from the airport food court but only from fast food and even that they limited the menu items we could select. I would some to contact me about the refund on the hotel and the connecting flight!
Seats were very comfortable and the staff too was very friendly.
My baggage was not boarded and is still missing. I was only carring one piece of luggage and that is misplaced now I am stuck at mumbai without luggage. I had an onward journey from here
One of your male flight attendant was pushy and a bit of a martinette. Completely unnecessary.

My wife and I were upgraded to Business Class on our Dublin-Abu-Dhabi flight on the 22nd of January. Being served by "Mariyan" (not too sure about her name, she's from Tunisia) was the real highlight of our flight, she deserves to be working with etihad. We are looking forward to the next upgrade as we are flying back to Dublin on February 01, 2024. If I am not mistaken we have just reached GOLD status as Etihad Guests.
Entertainment did not work from flight from Abu Dhabi to Kolkata. Emirates has a much better flight in that sector.
Short travel duration. However, I had placed meal preference while booking my air ticket but was given vegetarian meal on board. Food was okay. Not so great. Didn't like Spanish eggplant, cold chickpeas salad. No hot soup was available. Everything cold cold only.
I request kosha food all my flight but this flight didn’t imclude my kosha meal.
I could not book in online at all which is what I always do to secure a window seat which is my preference.
Transit time could be 15 min longer atleast. It was right on the dot to boarding time. Giving minimal time to do shopping
The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more accomodating; however, the air-conditioning was broken in our section of the aircraft, leaving us feeling extremely cold and unwell on arrival in Johannesbury. The head sets were also faulty, causing difficulty when listening to announcements and entertainment.
Terrible, We experienced massive delays and then couldn’t book a hotel through the link provided, nothing was available. We then went to the airport the next day and experienced further delays, almost no communication was given. We had dinner at lunchtime and breakfast at midnight. We then landed in Jhb at 1am and had to book another hotel as our flight to durban was at 8am. The experience was painful and very expensive.
Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.
Struggled with boarding pass on my iPhone.Suggest taking a printed copy. We sat upper deck at the rear on right hand side and best Economy flight in years. Bins below the windows made a massive difference for storage etc. inflight entertainment played up for a few pax but we were fine. Crew were first rate. Overall an excellent flight

Staff was wonderful. There was no breakfast because a cooling system had not been repaired. My luggage didn’t make it on the plane in London, so I had to wait to have my luggage delivered. I’m a long ways from home to be without items in my bag. We have to wait to be reimbursed for costs
The flight boarded two hours late and then we had an hour sitting in the aircraft before take off. Tempers got hot The actual flight was fine and the food was really tasty. Because we landed more than 3 hours late, I missed my connecting flight. No connecting flight for the rest of the day and had to sleep over. There was absolutely no support from BA on the other side. Hello, I did not take the flight from IAD to Cairo- Istanbul on July 14 and could not travel because my next flight was from Istanbul to Tehran. Due to the tension there, I was advised to not to travel. Indeed, I was at the IAD airport at the boarding time 9am, on july 14, I informed egypt air counter head then that I am not taking the flight to Cairo and istanbul!, the team head gave me the contact of local office of egyptair in vienna, VA but they were not in the office on July 14 and I left three voice messages and email explaining my situation to them, but no reply came back from Egyptair Virginia office yet.!! I then informed underpricer customer support on whatsup about the situation and there auto reply sustem said that the support team would call to arrange for rescheduling or refund. but no one contact me yet. As usual, the flight was late with the typical excuse of "a technical issue beyond our control." This is the same excuse they use every late flight which is EVERY flight.
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
There is no respect or customer service whatsoever in Egypt airline extremely poor customer service never fly again. Find ticket with adjective airline. It’s like throwing money in the trash.

Boarding was chaotic and disorganized, and the foot rest to my seat was broken. But the food was good and the flight attendants were kind and attentive.

Flight was supposed to take off Saturday at noon. Bumped for unknown reasons until 2 am, then 9 am, then noon, then we don’t know. Not weather related. Dismal and non existent customer service. No 24/7 relations. Couldn’t get my bag back to attempt to get on another flight until 5pm Saturday. Will never take this airline again!
Greater clarity in organizing line-ups for the various boarding groups would have made it easier for all. Due to the many children, the announcements could not be heard clearly enough, so a simplicity in organization would have helped.
