Pros: Great crew

Cons: Boarding and ticketing bin Berlin took over an hour and a half.

Cons: Flight were delayed abnd canceled

Cons: The breakfast croissant filling was disgusting!

Pros: The crew was great!

Pros: Nice plane, newer model.

Cons: The ability to control air flow was available on every other row. We were unlucky to be in an off row and it was very uncomfortable. Fortunately my wife was able to move to the window seat where it was cooler. The athletic team on board made disembarking a bigger challenge than necessary.

Pros: The crew was very helpful in adjusting my flights. The lack of information on passport policies from kayak have made me disappointed on this company and I will not be using it or recommending it in the future. I had to spent over 300$ in hotels and gas to get to Miami to obtain a new passport.

Cons: The booking services that kayak offered were not helpful at all. When I booked my flights to Spain the website should have alerted me that I needed a passport with an expiration date of over 3 months. Kayak should have information on travel policies to the countries they offered flights to.

Cons: Luggage did not make it to Warsaw

Pros: I liked the complementary beverages and snacks.

Cons: It would have been nice to be able to access entertainment withou t having to download an app and having a cell phone.

Cons: We missed our runway and had to quickly ascend and retry. Disembarking the plane took 40 minutes due to the YYC skywalk being frozen. During this all communication with the passengers was minimal.

Pros: i was pretty comfortable being in an aisle seat

Cons: didn’t love the lights coming on in the middle of the night

Pros: I was the only on 3 row seats and slept 5 hours

Cons: My trip was longer than 15 hours. I bought it under 10 hours

Pros: It was stunningly cold in both the departure and arrival cities, yet the flight was delayed less than an hour. I'm not being sarcastic at all. Very happy to arrive safe and pretty much on time despite the terrible weather. Thank you Westjet!

Cons: Missed my connection

Pros: Arrived earlier than scheduled.

Pros: We got stuck in a line up to check in and the line was over 2 hours long and by the time it was our turn, it was too close to departure ( an hour to go) and they wouldn’t let us board so we didn’t get to take our flight at all.

Pros: Flight was on time and crew was friendly

Cons: Nothing. All good for a low cost fligh

Pros: Not much, other than it got us to our destination about 15 minutes ahead of schedule

Cons: The food on WestJet is atrocious when you purchase Plus seats. If you are on a flight less than 2.5 hrs you get cookies or pretzels and poor wine. If you are on a flight over 2.5 hrs you get some hot in a box. I had an egg and bacon fajita. The fajita was like warm cardboard.

Pros: Friendly crew. Professional.

Cons: Flight was three hours late (not because of weather). Pilots left seatbelt sign on during whole flight even though there was minimal turbulence.

Pros: This is a no frills flight that does not offer food or entertainment.

Cons: Seats are always uncomfortable as it is a smallplane

Cons: Two of the most important things to me in travelling by air are getting through security as quick it’s possible ie the priory line; and a lounge. Traveling and paying for Plus provides neither. Back to Air Canada Business Class or AC Rouge Premium. Going to have to pick up your game WestJet

Cons: I asked to pay for a better seat prior to my flight from Kelowna to Edmonton and was told there wasn’t any. When we boarded the flight attendant moved a couple 10+ rows up for no charge.
