Cons: Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Cons: It was delayed on our way to destination. Also wish it was a direct flight to ponta delgado instead of going through lisbon. It was too much back and forth.

Cons: The crew was very aggressive and impolite. As a matter of fact I have never been in a flight in my life with such sort of crew attitude - especially with my kids (ages 6 and 10) - real animals. I will make an effort to not to with IBERIA ever again. I’m concierge key with AA and only with with Iberia because of the One World partnership.

Cons: Personal very rude no manners to answer Questions or direct people.

Pros: Seats were comfortable and the crew was great.

Cons: While the entertainment system had good options, the screen was very unresponsive when pushing the buttons. On average, it would take me over 10 tries to get any on screen button to work. Gave up several times.

Pros: Seat in Business Class Dreamliner was excellent-very comfortable with great flexibility of use. Service was attentive, but challenged to understand English

Cons: Entertainment selection of movies and music was very poor and too limited. Food was of inferior quality for business class

Pros: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Cons: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Pros: The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach

Pros: Boarding was a fast and smooth process. Flight attendants were there to help with carry on luggage if needed. Always nice and do their best.

Pros: Crew was helpful, friendly and offered great service.

Cons: I felt everything was pretty much fine. I thought that some of the Captain's announcements were hard to hear, but it's just a minor issue.

Cons: The onboard crew was rude and one guy actually grabbed me which to me is unprofessional. All because I had a poster tube that wasn't in my bag they wanted it in my bag. Then I asked for a seat change due to my size hard for ne to be in the middle and the lady was snooty about it.

Cons: The Aer Lingus flight was operated by British Airways. But BA decided not to seat Aer Lingus passengers.

Pros: 2 of the flight attendants

Cons: The anarchy boarding process. The lack of plugs on the flight. The 2-year-old lap child in the seat with his Mom next to me that kicked, threw, fussed, hit, cried and more through most of the 8-hour flight because somehow a child that big doesn't need his own seat. The lousy, lousy food. The lack of food. The seats that were so tight I couldn't get up to use the lavatory when the inconsiderate woman in front of me put her seat back (and I'm totally average size). The awful entertainment selection. The worn, dirty plane.

Pros: The food was good

Cons: Because of technical difficulties, we had to get off the plane after having boarded so it left with 1h30 delay. That can happen to everyone though but that's not it. On the plane, after having paid for specific seats, the entertainment system did not work as well as the individual lights despite the crew knowing about it. When we notified them, all they said was "Oh! Someone should've told you. Sorry." The one in charge of the crew offered us champagne but never came back with it. So with my girlfriend, we spent 8 hours from London to NYC in darkness with no entertainment despite having paid for it. Finally, I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for 3 weeks now and I still haven't gotten a hold of anyone.

Cons: Very old plane, non functioning video unit, broken seat, smelly bathrooms

Pros: This is the way to fly long haul.

Cons: Frustration is it is impossible to sleep during the breakfast service, but this is a problem for all airlines and Virgin is better than most.

Pros: The seats reclined at a good pitch and were very comfortable. The crew were friendly and service was good.

Cons: I understand that on the night flight, they were trying to keep the lights up for dinner service, but it prevented my toddler from being able to sleep and thus made for a difficult rest of the journey.

Pros: Most of it was of a reasonable standard.

Pros: There was one stewardess that really made the trip feel less "restricted" in the way she would greet, talk, serve, and just being what I always experienced good international flight staff to be. I wish I was able to get her name so I can praise the airlines for hiring such a great staff like her.

Pros: That we had a meal with choice of wine.

Pros: The gluten free option was pretty tasty.

Cons: On a nearly 8 hour flight, only one meal was served. I was FAMISHED. I was waiting for another snack and the stewardess came around with kit Kat's and shortbread-- im gluten free and can't eat either. Really remarkable blind spot in their planning.

Pros: Everything! From check-in all the way to the landing of the plane I was really satisfied! There were a couple crew members that really made the flight feel so at-home/friendly that one could not help but just smile and relax in the flight. Awesome job crew on Flight VA69!

Cons: I wish my partner and his family were with my parents and I on the flight to enjoy the experience we had as well.

Cons: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Pros: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Cons: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Pros: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.

Cons: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.

Cons: Maybe not BA fault but immigration wait at jfk was 11/2 hours!

Pros: On time. Helpful staff on the plane.

Cons: I had two flights on British Airways on the same day separated by 4 hrs. The " system " would not allow my baggage to be sent to the final destination forcing me through the long arrivals line and then back through the lines for screening a second time for the day. That is not at all customer oriented !

Pros: I was moved from this flight to one seven hours earlier with only the explanation that it was for "technical reasons." But the flight wasn't canceled, so I don't understand at all.

Cons: I was only made aware of the change via email on Thursday, but the change was appearing in my aer lingus app on Tuesday. Why the delay in telling me?

Cons: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Cons: Counter, and check in, long lines, a lot of people, time spend, and also if the flight didn’t have food you must communicate it.

Cons: The people working on the land side lack of a complete sense of service. They are rude, unrespectful and with no professionalism. It is a shame that the last impression you get from Israel is the aggressiveness.

Pros: They had a great selection of movies, each passenger received a blanket and pillow without having to ask, the crew was friendly and professional, and the takeoff and landing were smooth.

Cons: During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!

Pros: Crew was nice

Cons: Very little room amongst the seats. Tiny armrests and little room to move in your seat without disturbing the neighbor. No entertainment
