Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "Give free water"
Cons: "The announcements made by the main air steward were mostly unintelligible due to a very strong Spanish accent."
Cons: "Airport was too far and the facilities are shite. The waiting for embark is way too long and no one informs you about anything."
Pros: "The flight was fine, we arrived safely."
Cons: "All the “sales pitches.” Hard landing."
Cons: "Uncomfortable chairs, late boarding, even then- a lot of waiting. No entertainment."
Pros: "The Ariel view of Malta through Gozo and the smooth landing"
Cons: "Crew consistently trying to sell you everything"
Pros: "The only thing good with this flight was the time keeping."
Cons: "The first time travelled with Ryanair and the last.Seating uncomfortable, back rest to upright.Difficulty understanding the crews public announcing over tannoy system.Allocation of seats diabolical. Not a lot of advantage being a priority passenger from non priority. Suggest implement similar procedures to jet2. Would learn a lot."
Cons: "The landing was dangerous and rough."
Cons: "Flights are always late."
Pros: "The onboard crew was friendly and polite"
Cons: "We showed up 3.5 hours early and barely made it onto our flight Check-in was so disorganized that we spent an hour waiting in the wrong line line. We were told on the phone that we did not need a boarding pass but that was a lie. We got sent to multiple wrong lines afterwards before finally getting to the right line. I have flown countless times, had flights delayed and cancelled and this has to be more worst flying experience I have had."
Cons: "We were charged an additional $70 per person to have our boarding passes printed at the airport. After waiting 40 minutes in line to check in, we were made to go to another office to get boarding passes. Even though we arrived 3 hours before the flight, we barely made it. Ryanair tries to put as many obstacles and charges in your way before you fly. You have no recourse as you would miss your flight if you don’t pay the extra charges. During the flight, the whole purpose of the crew is to sell duty free goods. This airline is the worst! I’d pay more to another airline, just to avoid Ryanair."
Pros: "Overall an uneventful flight"
Cons: "Delayed flight again. Ryanair evening flights keep getting delayed, so you end up missing the last train."
Cons: "Plane arrived late, took off 1.5hrs after plan and arrived late in Dublin There was no tea, beer or wine. Most of the food was not available"
Cons: "Unacceptable waiting time for baggage"
Pros: "I took 1230 flight from stansted airport to Edinburgh. I carried a personal baggage with me on the plane then flight attendant took it away and told me I will get it back at the arrival belt. When I landed I couldn’t find mine. I had reported to the ground desk and they not helpful at all. So now I lost all of my travel documents and money. I feel so bad. This Tuesday I will fly back to Thailand and still don’t know how to redo my passport."
Cons: "All the process was tedious. If you dont print your boarding pass before hand, be ready to pay about $25 a piece for them to "print" it. (not even printed, is handwritten). Between other things. Not enough characters left to tell everything. Overall, a terrible airline."
Pros: "The cabin crew"
Cons: "Budapest airport"
Cons: "Baggage policy, no room between sits, the fact that you have to pay for everything on board including water, flight attendants have been transformed into salespersons, delay of flight for 30 minutes due to technical last minute checking."
Cons: "Don’t like the underhand Ryanair pricing"
Pros: "The crew . Very sweet cabin crew ,new 737 ,with lots of “snazzy lights"
Cons: "Cramped space despite the new “improved”leg room due to te slimmer seats"
Pros: "The seats are roomy enough. The plane was very clean although it had just landed before."
Cons: "The flight was already late when we boarded. Even so, everyone on the plane was switching places between themselves causing additional chaos, with the flight attendants’ approval."
Pros: "App not working for days. Not able to access boarding pass. Gate charged 55 euro just to print a bourding pass."
Cons: "Nothing no leg room"
Cons: "Everything is a cash grab... literally everything. I purchased two tickets, and couldn't even sit with my wife with out forking over more money."
Cons: "Having to pay to check normal carry on size luggage is a rip off"
Pros: "Nothing, I booked and tried to cancel within a few hours because I was not able to take the flight."
Cons: "I tried contacting Kayak to cancel my flight and Ryanair and neither would let me even though I was within my 24 hour cancelation time."
Pros: "Warned about Ryanair and the strict luggage rules, I made sure to follow the bag weight and size dimensions to the letter."
Cons: "I saw LOTS and LOTS of people bringing much bigger carry on wheelie bags well over the "restricted size". Same with the under seat bag. Irritating since I spend a lot of money on the correct bags since all my own bags were slightly bigger than those allowed. No one checked bag sizes or weights. What a waste."
Pros: "Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people."
Cons: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."
Pros: "Prompt take-off, good in-flight service, landed 30 minutes early."
Cons: "The departure lounge was horrible"
Cons: "Not one person from checking in to the flight crew was friendly. I will never fly Ryanair again."
Cons: "Delayed, no info, bad service on board"
Cons: "Still could do with just another couple of inches more space."
Cons: "Ran out of everything always."
Pros: "No problems"
Pros: "I really liked the price in particular , that was the most important thing that I liked about that . It has helped me save a lot on this trip . It was fairly easy check in ."
Cons: "It took a while to find out the gate on the board but that was not really an issue . For the price that I have paid I don't think I can have any complaints ."
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "Did not receive an email from Ryan air. Arrived at Edinburgh airport and was told that since I did not check in and it was within 2 hours of the flight, I would have to pay 50 Euro per passenger to check in. There were 3 of us. I had previously paid for checked bags and to reserve seats. Sneaky way for an airline to sucker people out of money. Have flown Ryan air before. Will never again. Unfortunate. Staff was welcoming and flight was comfortable. Not a reflection of employees. 100% reflection of upper management."
Pros: "They charge you 45 Euro per ticket if you don't print out your boarding pass or check in online. What a scam."
Pros: "Boarding is fast. Left on time, arrived early!"
Cons: "I would like more convenient times for this flight from Prestwick."
Cons: "I could'not check in had an error checking in online and still had to pay the fee to check in"
Pros: "Flight was on time, crew friendly and the price was very low."
Cons: "Little leg room, everything requires additional charges, if you don't check in online in advance there is a 40 euro check in fee (more than the ticket's cost)."
Pros: "Easy booking, easy self checkin, even though now have selected seats it's still a little bit like a cattle market as everybody is wanting overhead hand luggage space near by. Very quick flight without ant issue"
Cons: "Cattle market loading feel both ways"
Pros: "The flight was very late and then the gate information came up almost as the flight was boarding."
Cons: "Lack of boarding information"
Cons: "The price is extremely misleading as they charge almost as much a ticket per luggage."
Pros: "Nothing, not even the price if you checking laguages"
Cons: "Long lines, not enough employees to check in . Long lines to board, no one to ask, and they don't announce why is the wait or if the plane is late. I'll never fly this airline again."
