Boarding process was essentially a stampede. all general boarding called at once Ridiculous number of levels of elite/first class/preferred/platinum/gold club members. You're going to run out of elements to name your BS elitist clubs after. There seems to be a trend where flight attendants physically lean in and force passenger seats upright prior to landing. I appreciate the frustration, but I don't like being caught in the crossfire when they lean over me to do it.

The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good.

The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle.

I really like the spaciousness, the plug ins and general service

I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc.

Like all of the flights we had with British Airways, it was delayed. Flight delays happen all of the time but the real issue was that there was very little information shared with us as to why, how long, etc. We ended up sitting on the tarmac for more than an hour without so much as an offer of water by the crew. When we did get into the air, it took the crew a full hour to reach all of the rows with refreshments, none of which (including water) were complimentary.

Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop.

Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible.

Had to drive in bus about a mile to board plane. We boarded from both front and rear of plane and somehow people were having to cross in the middle ... not smart!

The fact that the plane took off more than enough hours late with no communications to the passengers.the collect email and phone number berserk but not once sent any information about the delay when we finally got on the plane, we to wait another 40 minutes because there was only one luggage loader and it was being used on another plane. I even asked a flight attendant if I should speak to someone and she said no because it will "be sorted when we get to London."It wasn't

Online checkin wasn't working and the flight was oversold... After running through Heathrow after a delayed connection, we were told 5 min before the flight was scheduled to take off that it would be delayed. The coach seats were some of the smallest I've ever experienced (I fly 2x a month on average). The crew broke wheels off both of our roller bags.

Great staff, always polite and welcoming. Boardiing was simple.

Flight was delayed, although we are given a reasonable reason, leg room is always tough for me, I'm 5'11" 1 star for food and entertainment because there was none on this flight.

Hillary Swank happened to be on our flight...

Like all of the flights we had with British Airways, it was delayed. Flight delays happen all of the time but the real issue was that there was very little information shared with us as to why, how long, etc. We ended up sitting on the tarmac for more than an hour without so much as an offer of water by the crew. When we did get into the air, it took the crew a full hour to reach all of the rows with refreshments, none of which (including water) were complimentary.

boarding plane via two entrances simultaneously flight departure was ON TIME

Boarding process was essentially a stampede. all general boarding called at once Ridiculous number of levels of elite/first class/preferred/platinum/gold club members. You're going to run out of elements to name your BS elitist clubs after. There seems to be a trend where flight attendants physically lean in and force passenger seats upright prior to landing. I appreciate the frustration, but I don't like being caught in the crossfire when they lean over me to do it.
