Pros: crew / cabin staff always seem very friendly and genuine and a willingness to help
Pros: Nobody are better hosts than the British. Great service, lovely people.
Cons: I cancelled this flight online, then I called to let them know I was getting emails, but that I had cancelled. For two days I received emails about delayed flights and now this.
Pros: Very short flight (43 minutes) No food, entertainment or beverage service. Staff did not check young children were strapped in prior to take off resulting in a two year old standing on dads lap throughout take off, flight and landing.
Cons: Lack of importance shown to safety of young children.

Cons: We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.

Pros: Crew was amazing and the boarding process was as pleasant as it could be. No problem getting additional free beer or wine.
Cons: The plane was old and there was no in seat TV entertainment. You had to watch a group video for the whole plane on a distant screen hung from the isle ceiling. The food was OK. There were no choices of entrees - it was a vegetarian pasta on both flights. The seats were old and showing their age.

Cons: The flight to Manchester was canceled and I was not even informed until I got to the airport and was told I had no flight and I should rebook my flight with another airline. So my flight back to the USA NEVER happened because I refused to flight with Thomas Cook.
Pros: Fight attendants were kind. Got to my destination safely. Food was pretty good, however small.
Cons: I do not enjoy a budget airline, never been on one and likely won't ever again. I appreciated saving money on the overall ticket cost, but did not like the feeling of getting nickel and dined with every cart. Grateful the in flight meal was included.

Pros: The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude.
Cons: Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand

Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.

Cons: The boarding process is so poorly organized : very very long lines, just a couple of gates for security. The worst I have ever seen is at the Frankfurt airport. It is so bad that I swear I would never fly Lufthansa again. Talking about German efficiency ... nil .
Pros: Brussels Airlines is the the step-child of Lufthansa basically. But on the transatlantic flights they do a very good job.

Cons: They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable.
Cons: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent

Which is more likely more a management/structure issue of United than the crew themselves

Pros: Great equipment. Decent entertainment, sparsely filled cabin. Seat change to isle request before boarding readily made with no fuss. I noticed that passengers could actually make out pa announcements both at PDX and in flight. Doesn’t bother me anymore when I can’t but can be very concerning to anyone who rarely flies. Never understood going to the trouble of making announcements both pre-boarding & on-board pre-flight, that no one can even make out. That was not an issue here.
Cons: Better lumbar support is always appreciated, adjustable lumbar would be very nice and could make or break an entire flight. No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. The flight from SEA-DUB was basically great and equipment is always of the utmost importantance.
Pros: The whole crew was amazing! Meals were very tasty. The pillow and blanket was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the fact we all had entertainment screens.

Cons: It was hard coming home since we can't bring any food with meat on the international flight coming back to the USA. Or at least the food I brought, a sandwich was not allowed because of customs. I can't eat the food that was offered. I'm glutten intolerant and dairy involerant. Not sure there's a whole lot to do about it besides buy prepackaged food that don't have meat, vegtabjes or fruit. Protien bars may have worked. We brought two bottles of water each from the terminal. I could have used more, even with the drink service. The flight attendants we're having thier own personal conversation while passing out food and ran by when it came to the final trash clean up. When I got up to use the facilities I tried throwing my trash away but was ignored by a crew member while she was resting.

Cons: I called the airlines and requested a special meal, and was only provided it one-way so was left unable to eat anything. Water was free, but would only give you small amounts and was very infrequent. Waiting in the queue to check luggage took over an hour. There were only a few attendants, and at one point all attendants left except for the one that was checking in flight attendants. Awful.
Pros: Everything was good except the flight from Dublin to Prague..., I was really thirsty.., and they charged me even for water..!

Pros: The pilot did an excellent job navigating through rough weather.
Cons: Boarding is a mess, too many special groups, and then the masses get in and it just becomes a zoo inside the plane. There are so many charges, flying these days is really not better than taking a local bus.

Pros: The business class seats are the best we’ve had. Plenty of room, nicely laid out, good organization design. The blankets were fluffy and very comfortable. Crew was super attentive and friendly. For such a long flight, it was very pleasant, will highly recommend.

Cons: Nobody was sat in the overwing emergency exit row seats for the whole flight (so nobody had been briefed on how to use them) and the tray tables for these seats were down during the flight effectively blocking the emergency exit in the event of an emergency. Potentially very dangerous
