Pros: "Nothing!!!"
Cons: "Loud men in lifeguard uniforms were allowed to blow whistles, yell, run around, and make everyone miserable by attendants. When I commented she said ,"oh well, that's the kind of flight it is,". junior high school lunchroom Nightmare!!"
Pros: "Efficient and cheap"
Cons: "Another passenger had exactly the same seat number as me which caused confusion and an uncomfortable situation"
Pros: "Nothing about the flight did I like"
Cons: "If I had flown with a better airline Ryanair are appalling"
Pros: "On time - good crew -"
Cons: "Noisy plane (737 ) and noisy group of passengers on adjacent rows pilot and crew announcements downed out. seat allocation charges are a ripoff - makes the total price unrecognisable to the advertised price"
Pros: "Airport security was efficient."
Cons: "Every group on plane seemed to have been purposely split up even though there were many empty seats. Difficult to book luggage on the website. They said there were strict size limits on cabin bags, but when we got to the gate they didn’t check any - we had to pay for an extra bag in hold when we could have just used a bigger bag for hand luggage. Everything was difficult. Bag drop didn’t work - we had to queue to to go to the desk 3 times and the lady eventually did it herself. Staff were polite and nice."
Cons: "Boarding in Manchester was a disaster. Scanned boarding passes, let everyone down the stairs to the apron, only for to be told to come all the way back up the strairs again because of a change of aircraft. Had to do the whole pre boarding and boarding process all over again. More interested in selling hot Panninis rather than check if we had a belt for our baby. Even after doing safety checks, they passed us and still didn’t have a belt for our baby. Only when we called them back And asked for a belt did we get one, and all this whilst the aircraft was moving. Waited over 25 minutes for our buggy bag to come out the baggage belt in Dublin."
Pros: "The flight attendants were very friendly, courteous and professional."
Cons: "Literally everything from checking in to seat and baggage is unnecessarily monetized."
Pros: "Everything… crew and pilot was polite! Easy flight was comfortable…"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Nothing late again dirty plane not allowed to bring alcohol on which is fair enough but they don’t mind selling you there own"
Cons: "Everything was rubbish"
Pros: "There is nothing to like about an airline that appears to have low fares and then nickel & dimes you for everything, typical bait-and-switch style of doing business."
Cons: "First of all, this airline needs to train their staff better. The gate agent I dealt with on a flight has no business in any field where she would be required to work with people. Second, this airline needs to get their s*@t together when it comes to baggage. I was humiliated (by the creature they hired for a gate agent) when I was forced off the boarding line and then demanded to pay 200 euros (cash only and in euros only) for carry-on luggage that was under the size and weight requirements, and had already flown, without incident, on numerous flights during the same trip. I filed a complaint with Ryanair and weeks later received a very passive, useless, response from some brain-dead individual in corporate I suppose. No one at Ryanair cared about the mafioso-type treatment my family and I, including my 80-year-old mother, received. Avoid this airline at all costs (literally and figuratively)! It will not save you money, or anything else. It will only cost you more!"
