My seat 3G did not go down fully and the buttons were not working properly

Food was the worst I’ve had on a VA flight. Normally it’s a lot better

Security area in terminal 3 needs to be made much nicer. Less claustrophobic and use of glass and big ceilings wouldhelp

Seats need to be updated. Allowance needs to be made for dinner service at an alternative time

The crew should demonstrate flexibility by moving a screaming infant to its own seat with 1 parent

The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.

Delayed by 5 hours and I had to wit in the airport for more than 6+ hours.

technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.

Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.

Delays experienced in boarding/take off due to incoming plane delayed. However, the boarding time/depart time in the app was significantly delayed in providing these updates. Usually not updated until an hour after we should have already boarded. Poorly managed.

Staff lovely , economy seats very uncomfortable , wheelchair assistance wonderful in Heathrow awful in Nashville !
