Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.

Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.
Pretty good. I’m currently in Accra but my luggage is still in turkey so that’s inconvenient
This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.
They cancelled my seats and demanded full payment to rebook.
Request for “strict vegan” as in the airlines meal selection was not strictly adhered to. My two travelling partners with their Asian vegetarian meals said that their meals were not Asian.
Boarding was chaotic. The agent was so rude and yelled at me for standing in the lane according to my number instead of cutting across to get to him. So rude. Also asking to gate-check luggage was lengthy and chaotic. Not a good boarding experience.
We waited 4 hours in the flight to take off but then the flight was cancelled.
It was a good experience. With the long layover they provided the TourIstanbul option to have the free sightseeing bus tour - that was a great option to pass the time. Airport at Istanbul is very comfortable and convenient. Flight was comfortable.
I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

Every thing was very food except the meal. It was a sandwich of something like a beef kebab. It was really bad in terms of hardness as well as taste. We were a family of 7 persons non of us could eat it his sandwich. Cake was good.

Everybody was so nice to treat me good all the workers When I came to Bangladesh there was just a little problem with the luggage but I got my luggage it took like two hours Other than that everything is good
Food quality should be upgrade. Plastic spoons looks like not good as well as food quality not up to the mark.

Flight from London was delayed and we had to hurry up to catch the connecting flight to Riyadh
The crew were outstandingly kind and cheerful. We carried our cat and they offered help.
Late departure. No announcements. Boarding was a disaster. Some kind of technical issue scanning boarding passes.
Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.
Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable
It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.
I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁
The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again
The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.
Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.
The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate
Terrible consideration when it comes to connecting flights. We were given 50 minutes to deplane, get through costumes, get through security check. For someone with a heart condition, running miles through the airport was not the best way
I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.

Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.
Flight was on time. Boarding process was tedious. Not much overhead cabin space. Seats very close (front to back). Uneventful trip just the same.

Once again I purchase a business class ticket and the seat is exactly the same as cattle class, the only difference being is that BA install a janky table over the middle seat so there is somewhere to place your complimentary drink, the tray table is just big enough for the small tray, so if you are not concerned about getting fed and watered on the plane or getting access to the BA lounge I would save your money and fly cattle, PS the cabin crew were exceptional in every way, shame about the equipment
I just have to say everything was ok, nothing special, and business class is not as good as it used to be, business class sets are the same seats as the rest of the plane including leg room, only difference is no one is sitting in the middle row, they put a janky little table in there to give you somewhere extra for the free drink to sit
Flight was delayed. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush. The airport experience (shops, amenities, ample restaurants, coffee shops, seats with charging) was very good) was very good as was the boarding which was orderly and organised. The flight was short so whilst there was no entertainment I thought that was ok especially in the age of smart phones and kindles. It would have been nice to have usbc charging supported at my seat but again it was a short flight so no drama. Overall a positive experience flying from London to Edinburgh with BA.
I’m appreciative that the crews were polite. I didn’t eat the food due to my nutrition plan.

Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.
The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!
