The food that was offered based on class level of your ticket was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. They didn't even hot tea to serve, the food was horrible. On our departure flight I was seated in premium plus economy and considering the cost of the flight the food was literally some of the worst I've ever eaten. On the return flight I sat in economy with extra leg room and was given a thin little throw "blanket" and a flimsy little pillow. The air condition was on artic and the seating arrangement wasn't really worth the money. The seat didn't recline good enough and the foot rest was laughable. Total waste.

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the room where it was being kept.
Seats are way too snug for my hip to knee ratio and the recline on the seat in front of me made my experience worst. My legs had no room at all. Not a plane for people 6 ft or over unless you fly first class.
Liked the excellent United crew, the food selection, the comfortable cabin and the excellent movie and tv shows selection. The interface on the screen is also excellent and gives the option to let the crew know to wake you up for meals, or not. I disliked the onboarding experience at the Brussels airport. The process is convoluted and was not explained to any passengers. I also don't understand why thee is an additional security screening when getting off the plane from Africa, when there was none when getting off the plane from the US.
Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.
Liked Seat space in Premium Plus Disliked delay, poor management of boarding groups, missed meal at landing.
There was not much effort from the airline to give a solution after flight was canceled due to weather conditions. Two days waiting at the airport for a connection unacceptable. Thanks for the experience!
We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.
My only concern was that we were on the tarmac for so long and weren’t told what was happening. It turned out that the system needed to be restarted but it would have been nice to know earlier.
