Pros: "Business class passengers use Qantas lounge in Brisbane - fresh and well stocked. Boarding was hassle free and flat beds were very comfortable. Crew were helpful while being very busy."

Cons: "i had a surfboard bag that weighed 11lbs and my daughter had a surfboard bag that weighed 21 lbs and we are being charged $200 each both ways for a total charge of $800 round trip. This is an outragous fee for surfboard and other airlines specificly Alaskian Air, Quanties, and Virgin Australia have been letting us travel with surfboard bags for free that weight 3 times that much. I will never take Cathay Pacific again as we paid more for these flights because we had heard they do not charge for surfboard and they have great service. I had a total of $1200 fspending money for food and transportation for my trip to Bali. That leaves me with $400. Never again will I travel with Cathay Pacific and I will be spreading the word through social Media! Not a Happy Customer!!!"
We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.
Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

Staff couldn’t seem to get food service down. Constant running up and down aisle trying to sort out and sandwiches. Trying to nap on aisle seat with constant shouting was impossible. Seatbelt sign also sounds alarm constantly."
I was forced to have my carry on luggage checked in because there was concern for lack of storage in overhead bins. I was told my baggage would come off the plane first. Instead it was one of the last.

Cons: "The flight was 45 minutes late leaving. My connection in Madrid was closing when I arrived. My luggage was not transferred due to this. I almost missed my plane. I am still waiting on my luggage to come to me. I only left Madrid yesterday so hopefully I will get my suitcase today"
Pros: "This is my first and last time taking British Airways. When I was boarding the flight. The flight attendant literally stood in the aisle in front of me talking to a patron. Instead of moving into the empty seat and letting the rest of us move to our seat. He refused and ignored us. As we waited,the captain made a brash announcement and the plane started moving. Twenty patrons included me were not seated. I never had a plane move when we were not seated. I have to squeeze by flight attendant to get into my seat. No courtesy. He didn’t care about me at all. I had a carry on and a baggage. How could he not care about the rest of the people who was standing Experience. To make it worst, I got sick from the pasta and spent to hours with stomach cramps, heats sweats, and nauseous. Will never do again."

I nearly had to push old ladies out of the way to make connection. Very stressful and left headphones in haste to make flight. Not an enjoyable experience."

Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag."

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.
Enjoyed our flight with Ryanair to Arrecife. Flight boarded pretty much on time, crew were welcoming and very good. Generally good for a frequent low cost flight, Seats could however have been more comfortable.
