The crew assisted the super senior citizen and accommodated her requests. Experience with crew was excellent. However the aircraft did not have a separate business class cabin. Some of the small offer to improve confirmt of passenger like making a bed in helping them sleep, closing the cabin door would go a long way as some of the traveler are not even aware of these facilities. Once they know, they may prefer flying business.
Since I traveled on my birthday, they gave me a gift and a card. How thoughtful and caring.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
Great flight experience although the food served was not up to the usual SQ standards with the main being too saucy.
There were no vegetarian options on flight from India. Then on the next flight there was no chosen entree available. Movie selection was mediocre
It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.
It was good overall. What I liked most was the restrooms. Compared to other airlines, the restrooms seem larger and look clean. The seats also look clean. The attendants are nice, except one time during the flight. I was sitting on aisle and a man sitting window. He asked an attendant for a snack. She told him to go ahead and get some snack from the section with food storage (I am not sure how it is called). So, I had to get up to let him get out from his seat. Why she did not bring him some snacks so that I would not have to move, I do not know... I was kind of surprised how inconsiderate the attendant was.
Although delayed leaving the crew were lovely, comfort of the seats was excellent. Cabin was a little too warm but overall the best economy flight we have taken
Broken business class seat which could not convert into a bed and had to switch to a narrower aisle seat to sleep
It was just fine. The sirlines did live up fully to my expectation.
I was traveling alone with an infant, so the crew was incredibly helpful. Both the international and subsequent domestic flights were impeccable.
CTU-KMG-CNX with 1.5 hr connection at KMG. Doable but just barely bc immigration exit from China is at the last flight leg, here: KMG to CNX. We hauled out of the domestic terminal to reenter at the international departures (luggage checked thru to CNX thankfully). Immigration had only two agents, even though KMG gets a HUGE number of foreigners. It took forever for such a shot line. Then security also took a while, so I just just made the connection. Recommend if you exit China with domestic international transfer, plan for 2+ hrs to avoid a heart attack. Airline personnel don’t suffer if you miss the flight, you do. Plan accordingly.
2 parts to the journey. First leg covered in a newer plane with decent staff + POOR FOOD QUALITY but the second half didn’t leave a positive impression at all as the plane itself was an older built and the crew didn’t serve properly. Language is an issue with China Eastern flights as always, but unmotivated crew just makes it even bad.
Better good than most, if not all European airlines. If you’re stuck in an economy seat anyways, China Eastern is a good choice because of shorter flight time, being able to overfly Russia
Great staff and food. Seats pretty uncomfortable but plenty of legroom. Entertainment system outdated.
The flight was cancelled without any reason. But the next flight to Shanghai has to be cancelled to pay penalty.
How do you run out of beer after one hour of a twelve hour flight?!
Flight was fine, however we were not able to check in online, this adds to travel stress. Luckily check-in at Heathrow was quick, but we did not get the seats we paid extra for. We paid for a window and 2 aisle seats from Shanghai to Tokyo leg, but they changed us to middle seats. Not good :(
