I was injured in the armed forces and have a bit of a balance problem as lost most my hearing. I think drink alcohol any more. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy but was put on seat E next to a huge fat guy so was unable to sit properly. I couldn't get out of the seat once as he just slept and must of drempt as kept jumping and banging me. I had 1 meal on the over 13hr flight, which I couldn't eat properly as was unable to use the knife & fork due to the huge obese guy next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at all meal times. Which she didn't. So missed all the meals and tea/coffee. I was looking forward to the put a too. The London to Singapore flight was a total let down and I expected so much more from Quantus as they have always been top standard before. Overall disgusted in the service."

Cons: "The seats could be bigger. The eggs could be vegetarian."
Pros: "Crew were good, much better than on the previous flight."
Cons: "Boarding was shambolic and all passengers on a 100% full flight were crowded into a small area near the gate with no clear idea of what was going on and ground staff could not be heard, it actually bordered on becoming dangerous. Full flight Poor maintenance of inflight entertainment system, sound jack ports loose and affects sound quality."
Pros: "I didn't die; also was able to change from middle seat to aisle"
Cons: "- unable to check in online - unable to check in at kisok at airport - belts broke while waiting to drop bag, took forever - there was a leak above my seat, water kept dripping on me - only 1 of 3 options available for dinner meal, did not get the one I wanted; chicken was disgusting - person in front of me was given first choice of breakfast since he didn't get his dinner choice, I was not offered the same preference - my breakfast choice ran out right before the attendants got to me, got screwed again - crew did not apologize or make it up to me"

Pros: "Checking in and boarding was good and reasonably fast. Room available for everyone's hand luggage. Toilets were reasonable. Food in economy was ok."
Cons: "No hot USB port in economy. Inflight information system is old and screen resolution and contrast is not so good. Best to use own headphones."
Pros: "Best entertainment on the market, movies and music for all customers not only teenagers and families"
Pros: "On time. Smooth ride. Shorter than expected. Great service."
Cons: "Headset broken on entertainment system. Ancient hardware. Food. Meh."

Pros: "Complimentary meals/snacks, socks, toothbrushes, eye masks, blankets and pillows"
Cons: "The wing in the Brisbane terminal had no charging stations and only two toilet stalls in the women's bathroom."
Pros: "Nice crew. Nice food. Nice movies. Smooth ride"
Cons: "Toll staff during boarding rude"
Pros: "Seamless flight & good service from the cabin staff"
Cons: "Bus from terminal to plane No inflight entertainment"
Pros: "It was on time and very good service."
Cons: "Average airline compared to Singapore & MZ airlines"
Cons: "This was actually promoted on the site as an emirates ticket and only after id purchased it did i figure out that it was actually for Emirates Airways sister airline Qantas Airways! I tried to change my dates after I bought it and dealing with Flight network -where i bought it from - was a nightmare!! I wouldnt recomment this at all."
Pros: "First Lounge is good."
Cons: "Seats are old, lumpy and don't work half the time."
Pros: "I was really looking forward to flying international on Qantas to NZ, only to find out the flight was actually on American Airlines instead. The plane was dirty, the seats crammed together, and the flight attendants seemed genuinely pissed off to have to serve the passengers. American just doesn't have the level of service or cleanliness for international flights. Avoid this airline if possible."
Pros: "Fortunately for me my wife had to cancel her return flight in the last minute so seat was ok"
Cons: "Type of seats not comfortable. Even MD380 seats were better"
Pros: "Staff were pleasant enough"
Cons: "Boarded about 40 mins late (understandable but still a negative), entertainment system didn't work at all the entire flight for anyone except Business Class, and the food portion (dinner apparently) was miniscule. I was starving by the time I disembarked."
Pros: "Received official flight delayed notice by email. New takeoff time 9:00 AM....Actual closer to 9:30. Caused by waiting for flight QF11 from Sydney and mechanical issues or something else which caused JFK passengers from another flight to be put aboard QF11 continuation to JFK. Turbulent air most of the way to JFK, no fault of Qantas. However pilot made no effort to avoid it or was not allowed to go to another flight level. In any event no communication from Capt. Food was mediocre at best. Cabin crew was getting beaten up by turbulence. They did the best they could. Arm rest USB power receptacle broke and headphone jack faulty (60C)."
Pros: "Crew are professional and food is good quality!"
Cons: "The cabin is way too old and out of date, especially considering alternative business class options. Time for an update Wantas before it hits your bottom line (if it hasn't already)."
Pros: "Crew were really good"
Cons: "Using an old plane for a cross country flight was ridiculous"
Pros: "I paid for an extra legroom seat - really makes a difference to getting some sleep on the two overnight legs of QF2, but you might want to bring your own blindfold and slippersocks as these are not provided in Economy."
Cons: "Gluten-free food in particular needn't be milk/lactose or meat free, and needn't be based around those gluten-free breads (Qantas GF bread was better than some others but still not great). There are good gluten free noodles, and most of the NORMAL meals would be find as long as gratuitous adding of wheat products to sauces was avoided (there is no excuse for soysauce or cornflour containing gluten - wheat and flour are additives that should not be present in ANY product that isn't specifically a wheat product). If the Asian meals, curry and rice, etc. were made with care they would be GF and many (Australian) restaurants offer GF variants of their meals. Still don't understand why they didn't give me real butter or real milk... Should have announced explicitly that we needed to pick up and clear and recheck baggage (on same tag) before our domestic flight."
Pros: "The staff where excellent as was the full process from getting to the airport to disembarking. Would like to fly with them again"
Cons: "We have an autistic child and to get the seats that are most suitable for us proved very difficult. We got there in the end but basically they have said that that if we want to get our seats before check in opens we need the pay. We have never had to do this before and I was very shocked and surprised. They eventually relented and resolved the issue however the damage was already done. For a company that is associated with the local autism society I was very disappointed that they don't recognise it for the challenge that it can be."
