The crew was friendly. I enjoyed the low fee to get priority boarding with guaranteed cabin baggage.

The crew was late, which delayed our takeoff by 20 minutes, which is unpleasant when you have already boarded the plane and are stuck in your seat. However, the flight only landed 5 minutes later than planned. The seats are not very comfortable for flights longer than one hour. There is not enough room to work on your laptop at your seat. I was constantly bumping elbows with the passenger next to me. The cabin temperature was extremely warm. I was sweating nearly the entire flight and I felt very uncomfortable.

Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hubo una persona discapacitada a la se necesitaba ayuda. Y le dijeron prioridad para sentarse primero en su silla del avión. Entonces las azafatas inmediatamente dejaron pasar los pasajeros creando así un bloqueo en medio del avión que tomó mucho tiempo.

La comida estuvo bien. El servicio a la silla fue rapido.. Aunque los precios no son los mas económicos

Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all.

i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience.

Staff was nice and felt bad for their company’s policy.

I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads.

Ryanair out right lies to their customers on their mobile app. Says you can bring one small carry on, mine was very small...laptop and they forced me to check it - I carried on no bags at all. I was day travel with only a computer bag. AND..they were completely rude about the entire experience. Staff was disgusting. Do not fly on Ryanair. I will never fly this airline again. Terrible.

The constant effort by staff to sell stuff. Whatever happened to the days when customer service was king and satisfying customers was the motive rather than the relentless drive to make money.

1) my first issue is that my card was charged 2x before having to run it a 3rd time to guarantee my flight. I guess Kayak and Ryanair do not communicate as easily as other carriers. 2) I was charged $50 Euro at the counter for NOT checking in. I attempted to check in numerous times, but it was not allowing me to check in. I received a booking confirmation, but never received a confirmation ID that would have allowed me to check in on the flight. I would appreciate if Kayak would have a response to this?

Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again.

The crew was really nice

They are not organized. This company doesn’t have a transparent policy. Because I didn’t checked in on time I had to pay 35 euros. I was there 2 1/2 hours early and I almost missed the flight. I’m extremely upset

I guess Kayak and Ryanair do not communicate as easily as other carriers. 2) I was charged $50 Euro at the counter for NOT checking in. I attempted to check in numerous times, but it was not allowing me to check in. I received a booking confirmation, but never received a confirmation ID that would have allowed me to check in on the flight. I would appreciate if Kayak would have a response to this?

Delayed flight without being told before boarding at Paris BVA

We landed without dying.

To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The constant effort by staff to sell stuff. Whatever happened to the days when customer service was king and satisfying customers was the motive rather than the relentless drive to make money.
