Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE
They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.
Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable
Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.
Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket
My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.

Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge

On time and reasonably comfortable. These airlines need to find a way of sitting their passengers in queues whilst waiting to board
Very good, staff seemed to check random cabin bags for size pre boarding.
We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.
