The staff and flight were great! The inflight enteretaintment did not work from EZE to MIA. They attempted to troubleshoot but exhausted all options.

Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding

Primary flight attendant in FC wasn't that engaged throughout the flight. All other aspects of flight were good.

Horrible! We departed out of terminal 5, not only was the sign for flights and gate information were so badly organized that it took 2 minutes for all of the flight info load for the correct airline. One would think BA would have new and well managed jet ways, but no you had to take a bus to the plane. It took for every and detailed departure by 40 mins. I’ve had better class of service from Indian Airlines. BA needs to work on upscaling to meet the Industry norms. I can see regional airlines using this loading method but not on an international flight.

Plane features were VERY old and outdated. footrest cushion was completely lose, plane felt dirty and a bit grimy. i was in business class. the lead flight attendant, Mary made a few announcements that didn't seem to put the cabin at ease (it didn't necessarily bother me, but could have bothered others). she said "the seat cushions aren't FDA approved, so you have to put them on after we take flight." everyone had already applied the seat cushions, and saying something isn't approved for flight may cause alarm. she also said at one point over the announcement ... "we can't get up because we are too afraid of the jet stream impacts" -- again, not helpful to those who are nervous fliers.

The seat when "flat" was not flat and pad was too thin to cover it.

The flight attendant use 1.5 hours to answer my call. My dirty food tray was unattended.

The business class seats are dated and uncomfortable. The space is bare minimum and there is absolutely no privacy. For $4K, this is not what I expect.

I flew Business Class. Rory, one of the Cabin stewards, was attentive, explained the menu, provided appropriate drinks. was

the entertainment center did not work, upon request of resetting the device by me for 3 times. the device refused to work. the flight crew was not apologetic and did not offer any other solutions. such as moving me to another seat to accomodate their problem.
