Also the more leg room seats that your party for is almost not worth it as the additional leg room wasn't even noticeable. Again the layout of the plane was standard.

Cons: For a major carrier in Europe we expected more. Be Be prepared to pay for food and even a drink on a domestic flight. Seats tiny barely any leg room. Crew members appeared to be having a bad day not many welcoming smiles. I guess if you had to budget just pay use one of the other carriers

Cons: The flight looked like it was British Airways. But it was actually operated by American Airlines. I selected seats in advance, but was not assigned to those seats.

There was no information as to why the plane was late, but this caused us to miss the take off slot and delay the take off by over 2 hours.

Pros: Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card.

Cons: If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines.

I kept paying MORE Euros, for an already overpriced flight.....and never was really sure what I was paying for??? And STILL had to smash one piece of luggage into the other??? I think ill do easy jet next time!

Cons: Connection issues from previous flight. Connecting ground staff didn't seem to have their game together. In all fairness, it was after midnight and I don't think it was connected to the Aegean airline. More like airport security.

Cons: Alanya airport puts you through security 3 times. If they want to do this at the gate including hand searching they need to employ more staff to speed up the process. Food and drink at the airport is expensive

Pros: This plane was alot older then other planes owned but the cabin was still new, legroom brill, clean cabin and excellent staff. We were kept fully informed of the extra safety procedures needed in regards to de-ice the plane before takeoff.

Cons: In Europe we found this trip you had to walk outside and climb stairs to get on many planes, this one included. Tough on us older folks with carry on luggage. We didn’t have to do that once we got back to states even with United Express a small plane.

Cons: Flight postponed over 3 hours waiting for air-craft. Finally one showed up...from STOCKHOLM! (Where I flew in from 5 hours previously). So I waited in the airport for 8 hrs for no reason when I could have taken the later flight from stockholm.

Cons: We were standing in line to board gate 14 it read Barcelona and right as we went to start boarding it changed to a different flight. All of us were running from gate to gate and nobody would help us!!!!! That was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! One person figured it no Help from your staff.

Cons: My passport was stolen and the airline couldn’t help me at all as far as reimbursement or travel voucher. It was just a tough situation.

This was the very first time I have ever been told, as your partner Aer Lingusdid as wel, that I needed to pay for water.

On long haul international flights they will not even give you a glass of water, even when the plane broke down on runway and we sat in it for 4 hrs

Pros: The crew was very polite and well trained. The cabin was clean and the food and drink selections were excellent. It's not a luxury flight, but for the value - I would recommend easyJet for shorter flights.
