Flee premium economy. Very comfortable absolutely a better seat more recline, wider, and more legroom. Flew Business, which was lie flat comfortable with decent food. In P E Basically the screens audio hardly works and the selection although 90% in English is very limited. Wi-Fi did not work both ways across the Atlantic. It was “broken“ very efficient operation. The app was great. Notification is fine. It was just the entertainment and the food in premium economy was lousy airline food. But yes, I would fly them again in PE or business if they were going my way.
I loved the food. The veggie option was delicious. I also appreciate the sense of sustainability with Airline's choice of packaging. Hosteses were super friendly and courtous. I also appreciate that checked luggage was included with the airfare. The entertainment portal could see some improvements. The touch screen responsiveness in Solitaire game was poor and it doesn't seem to be hardware related as other screen functions were just fine. It was hard to move cards between piles and system skipped cards from the deck. Also, there was no option for winnable vs random draw. Sudoku was cumbersome regarding touch screen, too. In addition, the difference between medium and difficult levels in Sudoku was huge. Medium was actually too easy.
Flight was good but the passport control in airport for outbound passengers was a mess, fortunately they pulled passengers making connections to this flight for expedited processing so we made the connection.
I feel the service staff do not treat American customers well. I also feel there may be discrimination against minorities.

I paid extra for our seats on the way coming back from Stockholm to New York the seats were changed and it was totally waved. This happened to three more passengers.
They cancelled our flight home less than 24 hours before it was supposed to leave. It partially ruined our last day because I was on the phone trying to get 5 people home and the stress that it causes. We still arrived at the airport with no definite flight plans. The actual flight was good but my kids really misses the kids meals I had ordered for them which obviously didn’t make it to the new flight.
Good and drinks could be better. My checked baggage was damaged
Food was underwhelming. One free coke, charged $$ for one wine. Last year one wine was included. And prices were much lower.
WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?
Excellent except for the 2 screaming kids who wouldn’t stop crying and screaming for the entire flight but what are you going to do? The flight was early- good experience

Boarding was a complete mess. The whole system went down. People got wrong seat for the first half an hour.
First time flying business class. Very comfortable for our long flight to Europe.
Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
Boarding time was delayed in more than two hours. Then another hour on the ground before take off. Wi-fi was not working throughout the flight. Business class in even rows by the window are not so comfortable. And space for feet always feel tight. Had a meeting in New York early the following day with multiple people and had to request a delayed start.

The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it
Like - the crew were nice Dislike - sitting on the tarmac for long periods after boarding and landing.
Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. Incredible service. Incredible entertainment. I felt like they just kept serving us something new avery hour. My wife and I both had a joyous flight.
All of my Aer Lingus flights were delayed. The seat I purchased with extra leg room was exactly the same as my previous seat that was free. I would appreciate my money back.
Not satisfying due to loss Luguage for 4days. Damage Luguage that had no way to fill up a report for and me as a client to spend more money and time to replace it. Thank you for soliciting my opinion, but it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Stephanie Zvi

i used to fly aer Lingus regularly but due to price - poor seating etc i have been using other carriers - i now have aer lingus in my state and the price is always the highest - i have flown to Ireland 11 times in last 24 months and have not used Hartford because of price
Booked through Kayak, couldnt take flight, Kayak punted to Orbiz, Orbiz punted to Aer Lingus, Aer Lingus said sorry about your luck, try Kayak/Orbiz. Terrible customer service collecting air fares and not even offering a voucher when customers cant take flight
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal

My flight was cancelled, but it was not Kayak's fault. Kayak did require me to pay for the ticket twice to two different venders who paid Lufthansa. Kayak/Lufthansa owes me for the first booking I made first was fraudulent on the part of the subcontracting ticket seller. There will be litigation over this issue under the current passenger protection laws.
Terrible. Our flight was completely cancelled with no options to rebook until 4 days later.
Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
This review is based on 2 things: 1. The lack of hygiene on the plane. 2. William - the head flight attendant. The lack of cleanliness on the plane upon arrival was appalling. Being given a sanitizing wipe upon boarding of the plane is shocking when you consider the cost of a business class flight. UA expects me to do their job and clean all the bread, food and debris left from previous guests. Does this sound normal to you. The seat, the food table and the sides were full of crumbs, chocolate and dirt. When I told the flight attendant they just gave me more wipes so I could clean it myself. Secondly, William the business cabin head flight attendant was so busy flirting with a couple in the front that his attention to the other guests was minimal. He continuously asked them if they were ok or if they needed anything and it didn’t matter if the rest of us needed anything. And if you are the lead attendant shouldn’t you be checking if the bathrooms in business class are clean and needing toilet paper. There were 2 bathrooms in business. Halfway through the flight the first bathroom was closed and the second bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper one hour and a half before the flight landed. He needs additional training on prioritizing things. He should care less about flirting and more about his work
Crew was outstanding, helpful and friendly. Food is deteriorating. The snack at the end of the flight was not good, a greasy moosh of toast cheese snd other unidentifiable ingredients. Coming from Germany a pretzl with butter would have been better. Entertainment had a great selection.
