Take off was delayed for six hours and Iberia's representative in Madrid told me me missing my train to Valencia is not their problem and Iberia will not reimburse me for the train nor the Iberia flight I had to take to get to Valencia. I've been an Iberia's customer for many years. Horrible customer service and poor airline service. Shame

The crew was nice in the wake of being delayed for hours.

Check in took forever. I wasn't able to check in online and was told "this is the price you pay" when I received word that my wife and I wouldn't be sitting together. Then we went to board far later than we were supposed to. After boarding the plane we sat for easily a half hour not moving with no information. Then find out there is scheduled maintenance which would be another hour. AC was shut off and got hot. Started to deplane but we were in back and didn't make it because they reveresed their decision. Got back on and said we would be leaving shortly. In all we say on the plane over 3 hours prior to take off. Never flying with your company again. Easily the worst experience flying ever.

I didn't like that my 22 year old granddaughter was separated from my other granddaughtner and me while we were going or water and food. When we returned, we were told that this was an extra security check required by the US gov. and that she would be returned before boarding. That was my grandstanding at least . What happened was that she was not returned and no further communicated with my other granddaughter and me by the time the plane was being hoarded. It doesn't require a vivid imagination to think of fake BAW employees and human trafficking tp understand why I was terrified by the disappearance without return of my green eyed ,lovely young granddaughter.

Very bad check-in, families have priority...also if they have 16 years old "kids". They couldn't print the boarding pass for the connecting flight, no water, no coffee, dirty plane, my baggage arrived destroyed (open in half), they promised to ship it the day after and it was a lie.

When I traveled Lax to Denmark via London on July.13. At that time from London to Copenhagen crews only sale the food and drinks. My group tour customers were thirsty and they had to take some pills. so they asked just cup of water, but the crews did not provide even a cup of water . That time was dinner time so every people was so hungry too. And also yesterday my another tour customer was so hungry. I understand you not served food at time. but just serve them a snack or juice . Because time jet lag make them more tired and hungry. I was worked at the Korean air line before, so I understand the stewardess should do only follow the regulations. But just serve some water to hungry and tired passengers.

A fellow traveler needed to check a bag and BA charged more for the bag than we paid for the flight. They said that because the flight was not full it cost more??? Ridiculous! If flight not full she should have paid less.... Very unhappy with this policy.

I had an Indian inspired chicken dish. It was the first time I have ever enjoyed airplane food. Nicely done.

I was lucky and got an emergency isle row. Even so, I am not a big person. I'm a 25 year old athlete. And I find the seats are getting tight. My shoulders are right at the edge. This isn't a condemnation of British Airways specifically, more a criticism of all airlines. This sardine style seating is a trend I'd like to roll back or at least halt.

A321 feels outdated but the seats were not bad for sleeping. It was a basic 3-hour flight.

Stuff was busy SELLING drinks and food. When I asked for a glass of water the stewardess said she would come back after this round... no she didn't. Although it didn't matter that much for such a short trip.

Then find out there is scheduled maintenance which would be another hour. AC was shut off and got hot. Started to deplane but we were in back and didn't make it because they reveresed their decision. Got back on and said we would be leaving shortly. In all we say on the plane over 3 hours prior to take off. Never flying with your company again. Easily the worst experience flying ever.

When I traveled Lax to Denmark via London on July.13. At that time from London to Copenhagen crews only sale the food and drinks. My group tour customers were thirsty and they had to take some pills. so they asked just cup of water, but the crews did not provide even a cup of water . That time was dinner time so every people was so hungry too. And also yesterday my another tour customer was so hungry. I understand you not served food at time. but just serve them a snack or juice . Because time jet lag make them more tired and hungry. I was worked at the Korean air line before, so I understand the stewardess should do only follow the regulations. But just serve some water to hungry and tired passengers.

I didn't like that my 22 year old granddaughter was separated from my other granddaughtner and me while we were going or water and food. When we returned, we were told that this was an extra security check required by the US gov. and that she would be returned before boarding. That was my grandstanding at least . What happened was that she was not returned and no further communicated with my other granddaughter and me by the time the plane was being hoarded. It doesn't require a vivid imagination to think of fake BAW employees and human trafficking tp understand why I was terrified by the disappearance without return of my green eyed ,lovely young granddaughter.

Plane had to turn around due to a malfunction. We were waiting with no updates for hours. No information, food or water were provided for kids or adults. Second plane took off 6 hours later, missed connection.

Take off was delayed for six hours and Iberia's representative in Madrid told me me missing my train to Valencia is not their problem and Iberia will not reimburse me for the train nor the Iberia flight I had to take to get to Valencia. I've been an Iberia's customer for many years. Horrible customer service and poor airline service. Shame

Stuff was busy SELLING drinks and food. When I asked for a glass of water the stewardess said she would come back after this round... no she didn't. Although it didn't matter that much for such a short trip.

Legroom and cabin crew

Very bad check-in, families have priority...also if they have 16 years old "kids". They couldn't print the boarding pass for the connecting flight, no water, no coffee, dirty plane, my baggage arrived destroyed (open in half), they promised to ship it the day after and it was a lie.
