Cons: "Delays"
Pros: "Well heck it’s cheap at least. Make sure you pay for upgrades."
Cons: "You get nickelled and dimed for everything. Seats are cramped. Lots of drunk people. Miserable staff."
Pros: "Humor of the pilot"
Cons: "One hour delay, which we had to be in the plane, and was VERY hot inside, like 35C+ and more. Total inappropriate. Noise from passengers. Tight places between seats in front of me and me. Tight places on seats between me and next passenger next to me. FastTrack was not so fast, didn't felt it is something special and priority for me and my wife. Had to wait with the rest of the passengers."
Pros: "The crew and the pilots were very nice!!"
Cons: "The sitting politics, and the selling system."
Pros: "Good legroom"
Cons: "No pockets in seats Crew training appears inadequate"
Cons: "My connection at Stansted was very tight. Faced with long lines which could have mennt me missing my flight, I was five no option it to upgrade my ticket. Flight was also 20 minutes late."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "Check in, crowds, cramped seats"
Pros: "The price. Period"
Cons: "Legroom non-existent. Sardines have more room in their can."
Pros: "Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people."
Cons: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."
Pros: "I really appreciated receiving one on one attention to check in on my health status as well as some sparkling water to settle my stomach, and having a bag for nausea. They were incredibly adept at dealing with a potentially sick passenger, and got me a wheelchair to depart the plane."
Pros: "It brought me to my destination"
Cons: "Rude people and very on the defensive. Extra visa check for no reasons. Uncomfortable seats. Don't make you sit next to the person even though you bought the ticket together."
Cons: "The fact that I couldn't go"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Delayed, no info, bad service on board"
Pros: "Very unorganized and discretion about what was a carry on bag differed. I was charged an extrodinary fee while others did not."
Pros: "The air crew were excellent"
Cons: "Communications around boarding and gates was chaotic and our take off was delayed for over an hour. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed confused themselves and found it difficult to communicate anything helpful to passengers"
Cons: "They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif."
Pros: "Still have not left London"
Pros: "legs space"
Cons: "I hated the way people are processed at Stansted airport..... they seem to have invented several new ways to do things and I felt pretty much like cattle !!! The part inside the airplane were just fine....."

Pros: "Nothing. Do not fly. They are horrible and have horrible service."

If this was going to be a charge it should have been made clear. Very unimpressed and displeased with the service from Ryanair."

Cons: "Cannot think of anything"
Pros: "Quick flight"
Cons: "The plane was very dirty. The seat was blown out, no passing at all. The landing was like a car crash. I find Ryan Air has pilots at that can't land the plane smoothly. Never once on all the flights I've taken with them. You get what you pay for, that's what everyone says, right."
