Pros: Comfortable seats and did not have to pay extra for a carryon luggage
Cons: The boarding process was quite chaotic and slow. There was no oversight of what people were putting in the overhead compartment so many were putting both their carryon suitcase and under seat bags up there leaving no room for our suitcases by the time we boarded. The flight attendants were eventually helpful in finding space by making people remove smaller items, but it was time consuming and avoided on most airlines we typically fly by enforcing bag rules as passengers are boarding.
Pros: The flt attendants were very good but not exceptional. The entertainment screen was the best I have experienced. Coach was as cramped as every other airline I have flown. Seats were not very comfortable. Food was delicious.
Cons: Lufthansa, (and all other carriers) need to remove a couple rows of seats in economy class and give passengers the space they deserve. Seats on international flights need to be more comfortable also.
Pros: The crew was great, as always. Unfortunately, my seat mate was very overweight, pushing into my space. No fault of BA except that bigger seats would help the "growing" population of travelers.
Cons: Bigger seats for bigger travelers. Especially on long flights. Those of us that are less full figured would be more comfortable. Go back to the system that includes one checked bag and one carry on as included in the advertised price. I know that airlines need to be more competitive, but the ala carte for luggage is not acceptable. Instead, offer an opportunity for customers t donate to offset the carbon impact. Thanks
Pros: The crew was amazing.
Cons: My flight from ORD-DUB arrived late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Madrid. I talked to an agent and they told us we would have to pick up our bags at a different carousel and then go to the ticketing agent for a new flight. 1 ticketing agent+3 hours of waiting = 1 pissed off traveler.
Pros: The crew were very nice and helpful.
Cons: Providing a small snack would be great. Also the sears are extremely small so when the person in front of you reclines their seat all the way it induces a claustrophobic feeling and really limits your space. I suggest limiting the degree of reclining to not be as deep.
Cons: The flight took off late, arrived late and we missed our connection to Salt Lake City. We had to change terminals and they were on the opposite side of the airport. Had to spend the night and have not yet started with Aer Lingus to get some satisfaction.
