Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Price of ticket"
Cons: "Seats are terrible."
Pros: "Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)"
Cons: "To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."
Pros: "Flight arrived"
Cons: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."
Pros: "The flight arrived ten minutes early at our destination."
Cons: "Extremely small and uncomfortable seats even for a small person."
Pros: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Cons: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."
Pros: "Easy to book. Comfortable flight."
Cons: "Would be good if there was complementary tea/coffee or water. People might then buy a snack to go with it."
Cons: "2 hrs late and we missed all our following connections as a result."
Pros: "Staff was nice and felt bad for their company’s policy."
Cons: "I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads."
Pros: "Late over two hours due to late arrival of the plane and even so they board us for nothing cauosng us to wait withot bathroom sitta etc."
Cons: "Had to stand in the sun for about 30 mins waiting to board. Had to buy a bottle of water for £2.5 why can’t they just pour a glass of water or even sell at a reasonable price."
Pros: "There wasn't any delays, perfect landing"
Cons: "Last minute boarding change & overall 1 hr delay"
Cons: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"
Pros: "Excellent pilot"
Pros: "Pleasant staff."
Cons: "Plane was late and all passengers had to wait at the gate. Too many people for such a small area for that length of time."
Pros: "Purchased priority boarding for a change which was nice to be able to not have to jump in the queue quickly. Boarding was fine and the crew were very friendly and professional. The extra legroom seats over the wing provided a good extra space."
Cons: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."
Pros: "Standard service , even was late come almost in time"
Cons: "Was a bit late"
Pros: "Flight was on schedule"
Cons: "No free drinking water"
Pros: "Absolutely nothing"
Cons: "I asked upon check in 2 times about my backpack, the representative said its ok 100% to take it on board. At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."
Pros: "Flight left on time"
Cons: "Lost our baggage, took a day to get it. Paying to sit next to your travel partner is ridiculous."
Pros: "The crew are always lovely, very professional, helpful and make us feel welcome"
Cons: "The gate number was displayed and all passengers made their way to the gate were we made to wait for about 30min before passport control took place,no information was provided as to what caused the delay;after the passport control we had to wait again for about 15min.The late take off resulted in me narrowly missing my train home"
Cons: "the fact the crew arrived to the gate after the planned boarding time causing us to stand too long on the stairways. check in via the app (using iphone 6) was a failure. i was certain i booked with extra luggage - at the check in i was told i didn't. from the reservation confirmation it is not clear what i paid for & there are no means to contact you - email, on line chat - you know the regular things every company today use to proivde customer services which is not only "give us you money". too bad this is WIZZ Air"
Pros: "grea air line always on time staff are friendly"
Pros: "was on time"
Pros: "The flight was cheap and got you where I wanted"
Cons: "Make sure you queue early if you want to take your hand luggage on board, as if you are too late in the line they will make you check it into the hold at the last minute. I guess I should have realised that by how early people started queueing and the fact that they charge for checked in luggage."
Pros: "I liked that I got to my destination in one piece."
Cons: "The plane was creaky, there was a ton of turbulence, the flight attendants even got nervous which was very disquieting."
Pros: "The staff was fine. We arrived on time."
Cons: "These discount flights from Luton are packed with obnoxious, drunken Brits going on holiday in Hungary. In future, I will fly from Heathrow. Besides, by the time one pays all the little incidental fees at WizzAir, the cost is about the same as the legacy carriers."
Cons: "I wasn't to bucharest because on the phone the laidy said to me i can travel with my driving license because my id was lost and at the gate they stop me i lost all money from ticket plus transport to airport and back you should refound my money this company is the most worst company in the world"
Cons: "Terrible service and the fact that you can't check in st the airport without paying is absurd. Absolutely terrible. Implant policy"
Pros: "Wizzair suggestion to compensate us"
Cons: "The fact that they didn't notify us regarding the cancellation of the flight, and moved us to an earlier flight."
Cons: "Before bording a man ask me to gollow him to mrsire my bag and let me pau 40 pound because its litle bit biger than he want and let others pass woth biger bag ."
Pros: "NOTHING! !!! VERY POOR wizz air!!"
Cons: "Hi. I don't understand why I have to pay £31.50 for check-in???!! Why nobody send me email with this information? ?!! I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"
Pros: "Facilities are terrible! It was like stepping back in time! To use this as a stopover, is a poor decision because this airport does NOT meet the brief and does NOT warrant being used for passengers. I’ve been very polite here, I have more choice words I could use"
Cons: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."
Pros: "Everyone was really friendly and accommodating to my needs"
Cons: "40 minutes late taking off - sitting on the plane"
Pros: "nice servers"
Cons: "no kosher food for free"
Pros: "Nice crew"
Cons: "My bag was 6cm too big, so they charged me at the airport. After checking their website, the airport overcharged me, and the gestapo who was checking had less customer service manners than my old French teacher, she was a...!"
Cons: "As Usual always late, left us sitting in a bus on the tarmac for ages in30 deg heat. awful. will never use again"
Cons: "Crampt seats, mob to board the plane, hour delay with no reason given."
Pros: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Cons: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."
Pros: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Cons: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"
Cons: "Hidden fees"
Pros: "No food or entertainment on this flight,"
Cons: "I found the luggage allowance confusing"
Cons: "I didn't eat No entertainment"
Pros: "The weather was nice."
Cons: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."
Pros: "I like the bubbly upbeat attitude of the flight attendants interacting excellently in English and other languages and also how they dealt with an angry passenger."
Pros: "Brand new planes - on board crew was pleasant and the flights were smooth and on time."
Cons: "Ridiculous size restrictions on carry-on. If you can pack your clothes in a wallet, then you should be able to carry on at no cost. Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."
Pros: "Nothing at all... They were unfriendly and I missed my flight because of them. Lot money and time is gone"
Cons: "How they organized everything in this day!!!! 4th of July 2017 TERRIBLY Terrible"
Pros: "Nice new plane and caught up time even though it was late leaving left Luton late"
Cons: "Left late"
Cons: "Worst airline"
Pros: "Crew was very nice!"
Cons: "Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage."
Pros: "Ryan sir is the worst airlines I traveled with we cant check in via their website. Third website never work for many people on July 31 for check in . They say $10 for small check in bagged but 25 $ for each at airport . We tried hard to check in online but can’t able to add the bagge online . Worst"
Cons: "Too claustrophobic, stood in the rain and wind on the tarmac due to loading delay. Not for me, first and last time with Ryan."
Pros: "I like the aircraft"
Cons: "The change inside the plane. My seats was changed several times."
Cons: "Plane was late as most Ryanair flights in the afternoon are expected to be."
Pros: "Left absolutely on the dot. Everything very clean and comfortable, crew very friendly and professional. That includes the Ryanair people in the airport who guided me (first time flying alone) to make sure I was doing everything right."
Cons: "Over 2 hour delay, and they lost my checked bag."
Pros: "The staff was good and attentive even under difficult circumstances."
Cons: "I took two flights today. Both were late. Ryanair also lost my baggage."
Pros: "It is a cheap flight. I don’t espect first class. The ride was smooth, the flight was cheap, the cabin crew were friendly and it wasn’t horrendously dirty."
Cons: "I had to print the boarding pass on my own, cannot get it at the airport. Also the fact that they delay in telling you where the gate is and then it is a 10 minutes stride to get there."
Cons: "We had to wait 2 hours on board + 1 hour 40mn in the airport !"
Cons: "I couldn’t get the flight because I couldn’t find a good services from their representatives in airport. I went to 4 desks with no helpful. So, I change this airline to Easyjet. I’ll never use Ryanair."
Pros: "The staff is rude."
Cons: "Never heard of having to keep windowns open the entire flight."
Cons: "Incredibly disorganized queue, 'Priority boarding' was ignored for everyone who purchased, then a nearly 2hr delay in a hot airplane."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and helpful."
Cons: "The flight was delayed and even the crew seemed to be getting no information about it. Ryanair did nothing to compensate their passengers for a 2 hour delay."
Pros: "Staffs are very helpful."
Cons: "Should get some drink at least some water."
Cons: "A small delay but not the airline’s fault"
Pros: "The plane started, landed and took me where I wanted to go. That's the good news."
Cons: "The pricing structure is highly opaque and they nickel and dime you in every possible way. If you don't print out your boarding card, if you don't check in online… you can't make it up they charge you when you have a hiccup. It's disgraceful and shameless. You discover these extra fees along the way because they don't mention this up front and in bold letters—for a good reason."
Cons: "Horrible boarding. Horrible seats. Garbage sandwiches for a fee. Zero entertainment. Not even a seat pocket. Toilet was disgusting, no wipers. Hyper stressed. Glad it's over, baby! Never ever, again."
Pros: "Cheap cheap cheap!"
Cons: "I find it incredibly ridiculous that a flight is half full and I’m deliberately seated away from my husband just so Ryan Air can make an extra £4 per seat. I get that they want to make money but that’s pushing it too far. I sat next to someone who was also traveling with someone else. That lady’s companion came back and told her the seat next to her was empty. By then everyone was already settled in. Is it really worth the £8 for two people? I’m sorry but that’s just petty."
Pros: "The crew and the pilots were very nice!!"
Cons: "The sitting politics, and the selling system."
Pros: "All is well"
Cons: "More destination"
Pros: "The pilot was friendly."
Cons: "The comfort was terrible. And moreso for people with back issues. Overall, the comfort affected the whole flight."
Pros: "Normal simple RyanAir flight, as long as one does not eat food or buy a glass of wine at £8each."
Cons: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"
Pros: "Good legroom"
Cons: "No pockets in seats Crew training appears inadequate"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly."
Cons: "Not all food was available and toilet flushing was not working"
Pros: "I really appreciated receiving one on one attention to check in on my health status as well as some sparkling water to settle my stomach, and having a bag for nausea. They were incredibly adept at dealing with a potentially sick passenger, and got me a wheelchair to depart the plane."
Pros: "Fare was reasonable."
Cons: "Boarding process was slow and tedious. Asked for boarding pass by gate agent and flight attendant. Created unnecessary delay getting everyone seated."
Pros: "I liked nothing about this flight."
Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I was never allowed to board this plane and I ended up having to book a hotel for a night and then fly out the next day on an Air Lingus flight. As I found out later, Ryanair did send me an email saying that I would need to print out my boarding pass early. However, I had already left the U.S. and never saw that email. Then when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I would have to go to customer service in order to obtain a boarding pass. Then the line was so long that I could never obtain a boarding pass in time. No one was willing to help me even though there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. So I ended up buying three Ryanair tickets that were worthless. I will never fly Ryanair again and I would recommend that no Americans ever fly on that airline."
Pros: "The steward was friendly."
Cons: "Low fare is an illusion. They forced customers to check in carryons that would have been qualified as carryon by other airlines. Any checked in bag cost $35 and there is absolutely no free check in bags. We ended up check in 3 bags for two of us. Service is super slow. In addition, if you are traveling to London, the airport they use is STN which is at least 1 and half hours from the City. There is no Uber available from that airport. Tax cost is $120+. As you can see, no matter how cheap the ticket might seem, it ends up to be very costly, no matter you are talking about money and time. Flight attendant was friendly but the Rome CIA airport service was horrible (that's where they fly out from). You first have to stay in a long slow line to get the check in bag invoice, take it to a payment counter where 3 out of 4 service people were on there phone texting while there is another long and slow line of travelers are waiting to make payment. We almost missed our flight despite the fact we got there 3 hours earlier."
Cons: "Everything. Poor customer service. Fees galore. Fees for picking a seat, 30 euro to print a boarding pass? are you kidding me? over 90 euro to check two bags, seriously?! This airline is a joke and I will never use it again."
Pros: "Cheap fares and the flight was punctual."
Cons: "The flight was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were terribly cramped and did not even recline. The food and drink options were poor."
Pros: "Nothing. Utterly horrible experience."
Cons: "I checked in two days in advance, had to pay for the check-in and baggage fee. There was no link sent to me to print out my boarding pass When we got to Stansted, there were no working kiosks. We went to the check-in desk, where apparently many people were having the same problem we were. My wife and I were told by a very rude Ryanair employee we hadn't checked in. I showed the woman my email receipt and she refused to honor it. We are challenging the charge on our credit card. She lectured us on showing up to the airport two hours in advance. We told her we had, but had been in line for 50 minutes. My wife paid 50 pounds each to check us in, even then the security set up was... labyrinthine. And mind you, I say that knowing full well how long an airport security line can be. When we got to the point where we were supposed to hand our boarding passes over to be scanned and verified, mine wouldn't work. I waited there while the security officer called the desk we'd just come from to verify I was allowed to fly. Mind you, we were being told the gate was about to close, so time was precious. After getting through that and security, we encountered another problem. If you don't know, Stansted airport is actually a mall with an airport somewhere inside. We ran through a long, snaking corridor of shops, following signs saying "all gates." It was an absurdly long run. I don't think I've seen any other airport laid out so poorly, most have shops mixed in with gates, but not Stansted. The gates are all at the end of this silly commercial strip. But not really, you see... when we got to the end, there were no gates, but trams to another terminal. We boarded the tram, got to our terminal and ran even faster to make our flight. Luckily, Ryanair is so disgustingly disorganized that the flight was delayed. Amazingly that which caused us so much stress ended up saving us. I will never fly on this pathetic, god-forsaken airline again. It is a scam designed to filch people who are in a desperate position out of money. Also, I would advise anyone to stay away from Stansted airport. Seriously, I've flown extensively in the Americas and have encountered some pretty chaotic facilities, but Stansted was utterly soviet in its disorganization. I'd rather wait for a bus at New York City's Port Authority bus station, navigating vomiting hobos, than deal with Ryanair, or Stansted airport, ever again."
Cons: "They double-charged me for a minor mistake when I changed my flight. Although I immediately corrected my error they charged me an additional $110. Outrageous!"
Pros: "it was on time mostly, affordable, and allowed two carry on bags."
Cons: "the forced printing of my boarding pass which I didnt have overseas and couldn't use the app forcing my friend to print it out at work."
Cons: "They never gave me a gate number and we ended up going to the wrong gate and missing our flight... We even asked for one and said it was our responsibility... Also we were charged 90 dollars for not registering online 2 days in advanced"
Cons: "The whole experience. Everyone we interacted with was just not nice or appreciative."
Pros: "The flight was short."
Cons: "This is our long awaited honeymoon. We have traveled and checked in to over 8 flights on this trip all across Europe. But with Ryan air, for some reason, I checked in for the flight but it did not accept on RyanAir side for some reason. I knew I would need to pay for excess luggage (not a surprise. I was expecting it) but then I paid to get up front seats with priority boarding. I had to enter in all the passport info, select seats and pay immediately.(figuring this is checking in, since it was all in the checking in section of he website) So all together a flight was originally $100, turned into a flight that cost me well over $300. Then at the airport, they told me I never checked in. I was charged £90 just to check in!!! Then on top of it I had the counter clerk call me a "bloody wanker" and asking if I have" ever checked into a flight before". He continued to berate me and insult my intelligence. When I asked to see a manager because at this point in only had 20 minutes to get to the boarding gate, he threw a fit and said I need to move out of the way or else he will not even check if the manager is available. The manager and the second clerk who helped is were very nice about things. Surprise fees and not even a small amount of compassion for 2 people who are on their honeymoon, insults, and paying more to go from London to Dublin than to go from Dublin to Manila (the next stop) is absurd!!! I will never fly RyanAir again and will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know will fly with them. Miserable."
Cons: "This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever used. They upcharge you for anything they can. Our flight went from cheap to expensive as hell really quickly. Extremely unorganized with awful pricing models. You would think in modern times that airlines like this would adopt new business paradigms. Their website was awful and out of date, they charge for seat selection, they charged an extra $65 per ticket for not checking in 2 hours before, check in bags were expensive and in airport services were crowded and extremely unorganized. If you can fly a different airline besides Ryanair I would suggest doing it. I would rather take a boat to my destination."
Cons: "They closed online check in 2 hours before departure. You can only check in at counter with 45 pounds fee!"
Pros: "More legroom than the major airlines give, comfortable seats, good price."
Cons: "The boarding process was confusing, a little chaotic, very little info given to passengers, none about why we were waiting."
Pros: "We were delayed 3.5 hours. Nearly two hours of that was spent on the runway with the motors turned off, in a completely full plane in the middle of summer. It was one of the most uncomfortable travel experiences I have ever had."
Cons: "Ryanair goal is for you to do something wrong so they can charge you. They make you wait in line at front check in so you can do a passport check if you are from the US. Other discount EU airlines like EasyJet just do it at the gate. They schedule their flights so they are all leaving at the same time so security turns into a zoo (but afterward there is no one at security and then again turns into zoo for next Ryan Air flight bundle). Even when you get to the airport over 2 hours ahead of time and havevno checked bags they charge you 100 pounds ($145) each person if you miss your flight. Plus they will not book you on the next flight at the customer service gates. They make you leave security to book next flight so they have a change to do it all over again. There is no leg room where just few Easy Jet and there was. I have only used two EU discount airlines but I have used many discount count airlines in the United States, Southeast Asia and Central America and I can easily say Ryanair was the worst airlines I have used."
Cons: "Extra charge to print boarding passes, costs of luggage. Flight was delayed."
Pros: "Fast and cheap. Clean."
Cons: "Seats too small."
Cons: "When we arrived at eh queue for boarding the line was a bit serpentine since no staff was there to keep straight. This was okay until another group came into the area and then it was a disaster. i went to the desk to seek help and was abruptly told don't worry it will be sorted out. Never was and as a result people who had arrived early then ended up back in the lien and were forced to check carry on luggage. Ryan needs to set up a person at the entry lines as there are up to 7 flights that could be queuing at the same time . Not good"
Pros: "Flight was on time and flight crew was nice."
Cons: "This is the worst airline I've ever dealt with. The check in process is ridiculous. If you don't check yourself in online its £45 and if you don't print your own boarding passes its £15 per person. After 5 attempts of putting in all the information repeatedly, I finally got us checked in but could not get the passes to print. Unfortunately, Stanstead doesn't accept mobile passes so I got to pay the £30 fee. Then they claimed I never booked a bag so another £45 fee. And then the same bag that I checked in Scotland via Ryanair was suddenly too big/heavy so it got an oversize charge. i ended up paying more for baggage and boarding passes than I did for four tickets!! The "customer service" reps we dealt with were rude and really seemed to hate their jobs. The flight crew was nice though. Overall, I'd never ever suggest this airline to anyone who doesn't have more money than brains."
Pros: "The plane crew was actually very nice and did their best to help passengers and provide a good environment."
Cons: "Anything from charging the flight to a credit card to checking bags at the airport without declaring them online, to checking in and printing boarding passes at the airport costs money, and often it's an exhorbitant fee. Make sure you are 100% clear on their fees and terms & conditions."
