Apart from the delay, it was very good. Crew were great and the plane was great - looked like a newer one.
Generally excellent but a couple of areas could be improved. After boarding we were delayed a full 20 mins whilst various ground crew, flight crew, captain faffed around counting and recounting passengers. Said discrepancy between computer and manual. All OK in the end. So why o why did it take 20 mins to find all OK? No sense of urgency shown Secondly the seat base is just not supportive/resilienfor a 4½ hour journey - backside really aching by journey end.
The staff are just so friendly travelling alone was a bit scary but they made me feel comfortable and nothing was to much bother I loved how one of the girls was talking to the old ladies she really took time thank you jet2 shame I can’t get home with u guys 🥲
On time flight. Reasonable comfortable but a bit cramped. Excellent jet 2 staff as usual.

Excellent outbound flight to Arrecife on a new very clean Airbus with great flight crew. Flight was only delayed around 10-15 mins and boarding was very good. Comms from pilots and crew was very welcoming and excellent throughout flight.
I liked boarding the crew were excellent but the seats are too close together for such a long flight.
The seats could be better as they’re not very comfortable and the arms would be better padded. Only place we found to fill our water bottles was at the Castle Rock bar who had one small sticker on one pillar saying they would refill your bottles with tap water for free! Need some/more refill stations around the departure area.
Nice seats with matching colour coded seat belts to make it easy to identify the correct two parts.
Was a really good flight and so fast always try to get the first 5 road if you can
Almost as usual, half an hour take off dilay, on the other hand - the checked in baggage arrived as magic super quickly. By the way - why do you ask to rate the food and entertainment on flights without them? at least offer the option of "Not Relevant" or similar...

Good standard flight the plan was clean could not complain the only thing is checking in the pushchair was very slow only 3 people at the counter.
Boarding was very poor as the flight was initially delayed. We were told the flight would be at 21:40. We were with our 10 month baby who was sleeping. I received an email from Kayak which said the flight was now due to take off at 21:04. When we checked the screens at Gatwick we were told the gate was closed. The lack of communication was extremely poor and we had to run with our baby and there were many other passengers, including elderly people, also running to the gate. When we got to the gate, the staff had no reasons for the poor communication.
It was a short flight but the seat was very straight. I didn’t need any service, but wifi was not available. In resume, a normal service. Nice, the punctuality. Thanks
I liked the regular updates and appreciated the automatic online checkin which didn’t work for our Vueling flight so I had to do this myself.
Everything was on time and easy. Food in business class was great. There was no entertainment on board, though with business class you could get free internet, but so spotty it wasn't worthwhile.
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Without any prior warning, I was seated in a row just in front of an exit row (27F), and I had no idea that my seat would not recline. However, the person in front of me did recline her seat, reducing my space. And because I could't recline to regain some space, it was my WORST flight ever.
Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.
Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.
My baggage did not arrive, missed connection, service representative was not helpful.
Late boarding. Delayed departure leading to rushed connection at Madrid Barajas. Not necessarily Iberia's fault but delay loading cargo didn't help.
I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.
Missed slot to leave so we were on the plane for an extra hour. The seats were really uncomfortable and the food was poor. The experience makes me think twice about flying as I suspect they are all similar.
Fine, charter flights. Plane full, and staff nice and friendly. No option for free food or drink. Entertainment through paid app.
The 737-8 is too small for the length of flight especially if there are any delays
The flight was delayed over 2 hours, we should off left the plane2 late passengers as it’s not fair on everyone who’s followed the rules.
Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.
One flight attendant not wearing a mask over nose, 50% of passengers not either, and no effort to correct. Boarding was very late with no information - lots of standing around waiting.
