The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket
Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

Was delayed, did not end up flying to Victoria. Was not offered alternative accomodation or travel. Very dissapointed. Had to pay out of pocket for taxi, ferry, food etc.
This is not really an Air Canada item, but the PA system un the Cancun airport is very poor. Any passenger announcements or changes were basically inaudible.
Seats could be more comfortable and food can be better and price was too high
The crew could have been more gentle passing thru the isles rather than violently hitting/bumping into isle-side seats. They were always running through the isle.
Crew members were very polite and prompt in service. Cooling was very comfortable for a long journey but it's seats were stiff which are uncomfortable for a long travel
Bad. Staff needs training on hospitality. I was on emergency flight and being s vegetarian had no food served. Air Canada should carry at least additional neutral trays of food.
The flight was more compact. The flight was more turbulent than usual. Otherwise no complaints.
Plane had a problem with the steering mechanism, which causes a 2.5 hour delay while boarded.
I like the tv show the seat was ok and the crew was awesome
