Boarding went smoothly, the crew was ok, free coffee and tea. However the seat comfort is 0. The space between seats was not enough to have your own window, which I have never seen before.

75 min flight. No food, no entertainment but flight was good. Got us to where we wanted to go.

I am tall and could not fit my legs forward as the seats were too close together

KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

The check in computers were difficult to use, we waited a long time to get off the flight and the food was terrible on the outgoing flight.

We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours early and barely made our flight due to a 90 minute wait to check our bag

My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.

Very difficult to locate check in area, but after that everything went smoothly. Surprised to learn that soft drinks were not complimentary.

Had my knees pushed by the airline chair the whole flight and the SAS flight attendant said the have a right to have it down all the way even if it’s right on my knees hurting me!! I asked them to push it just a touch so it wouldn’t be like that and they dad refused and said it’s his right to have it like that for his daughter that looks to be around 8-10 years old

Flight was canceled and the crew on the ground/front desk were I’ll equipped to handle. One woman was left to handle 150 passengers while her colleagues stood there saying: just 5 more minutes repeatedly.

Good could have been better. Comfort was fine with decent leg room and seat comfort. Would have appreciated a USB-C charger port.

flight attendant spilled juice on me entertainment was limited i wanted to upgrade but $$$ was exorbitant i purchased $69 seat, only to find out day of flight/purchase never went through & I was "assigned" a terrible seat! ( btw another passenger complained of the same thing happening to her)

TERRIBLE! Staff was unfriendly, rude, and demeaning. One flight attendant touched me to grab the complimentary blanket off my neck because I couldn't take it home, while a bunch of other people took theirs home. I have never been so ill treated. I am not happy at all. And flight was delayed, no information until short notice for everything. Lost an entire day at my destination. I expect a full refund for that experience. Never will fly with them EVER again

Full flight but no issues. Had priority boarding and everything was fine

Ryanair is always shite. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sadistic.

Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating

East check in and security. They are always delayed though. ALWAYS!

Amazed at huge number of people who hadn’t booked cabin bags with big troller cases and rucksacks, not being stopped, what’s the point in following rules or paying more if you don't have to bother?

Flight was late boarding was poor. Economy boarded at the same time as premium. No space overhead for my cabin bag late arrival into Paphos.

The seat could have had more cushioning. My backside was sore after 30 minutes of the flight

Boarding was started early and we were lined up in. A glass tunnel on the tarmac we were left standing there for an hour with no information the flight left and arrived 30 mins late

It was great. We arrived a few minutes late but the crew were concert and kind about it. It was a nice smooth fly thanks be to Jesus. I prayed for smooth flight and Yahuwah answered my prayer.

Need more check in desks at Marrakech. Even if you are travelling with hand luggage only, you still need to 'check in' to get the old style boarding pass. Unfortunately they haven't thought to separate out the people checking in luggage to a separate desk. Flight was delayed leaving but arrived on time. Limited food options on board and very overpriced.

We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us

Flight was delayed so long we missed our second flight. Entire trip had to be cancelled. Ryanair refused to help us.

Stanton airport is outdated, pure equiped, airport. Fire alarms, power outages is a common routine, wich result ir flights delay , additional money spending and huge gathering of people in airport wich is unsafe.

After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.

I missed the flight from Manchester to Dublin because of poor informations from Aer Lingus and the airport, no possibility to check in online, they don't respond to phone calls, I had to buy another tickets to enable me travel to Dublin from Manchester. I want my money to refund.

Rude check in staff. Split family up with young children.
