Cons: La venta de boletos dicen que deben ser 10kgs de peso por maleta documentada, sin embargo si viajas con familia los kilos no se consideran como de todos, si no por pasajero, nosotros somos una familia de 4 tendríamos un peso de 40kgs gratuitos, entonces tenemos una maleta de 28 kilos y una de 7 kilos, sin embargo nos cobraron por la maleta de 28 kilos por excedente de peso, pues es por pasajero, además nos cobraron por cada kilo excedente aún y cuando en una revista de la propia compañía decía que deberían cobrar como un todo el excedente, y cuando les mostramos la revista porque nos cobraban en exceso, nos indicaron que solo era aplicable si es ELECTRÓNICO, vaya timo y molestia, que si no queríamos pasar que ellos venden unas bolsas para sacar de la maleta grande y dividirla en 3 bolsas, WOOOOWWW que estupidez, luego con mi backpack, normal nada en exceso de tamaño me pedían pagar para poderla pasar en el avión, pues esa no cuenta como bolsa de mano, por lo que tuve que comprar una bolsa de Dama , para poner mi computadora y cargadores en la misma, para pode subirlas al avión, es decir chicos, varones hombres, si viajan en esta compañía favor de llevar una bolsa de dama, porque si llevan su backpack aunque sea de tamaño pequeño, tendrán que pagar exceso de equipaje. Muy mala experiencia. Al adquirir los boletos en el propio mostrador nos indicaron que teníamos que dividir la maleta posteriormente revise la página electrónica y tampoco decía esto, he viajado de forma constante como mi familia, y es la primera compañía que no suma los kilos, lo cual en mi parecer es completamente ilógico, como pedirle a un niños de 5 años que lleve su maleta de 10 kilos?????. Espero esto les sea de ayuda. Esta compañía es una subsidiaria de aerofoto me indicaron, y que él mismo aeroflot aplica los mismos en todos sus vuelos, así que tengan cuidado o infórmense mejor.

I sat there for the entire flight with pain from how hard the seat felt. Also, the drinks and refreshment was severely lacking. The wait time between drinks and meals was too long. Cons: Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable.
Cons: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.
Cons: Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again.

Cons: I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!

Pros: This was a 12 hour flight that didn’t feel like 12 hours. They movies and other entertainment was very good with new and older movies that didn’t disappoint. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate.
Cons: The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile.

Cons: We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay.

Cons: They would not let me board the plane because the flights to get to mink, Belarus had a change of plane in Moscow. They demanded that I have a Russian visa. I explained repeatedly that I am only transiting through Moscow and am not leaving the secured airport area. Still, they did not allow me to board the plane. I had to cancel the flight and buy a new ticket from a different airline that did not transit through Moscow. Kayak and Belavia must tell the passenger prior to ticket purchase that if the flight goes out trough Moscow a Russian visa is required. in my case, they never told me this until I arrived in the airport to board the plane. A terrible experience.

Cons: My flight to Frankfurt was late, which caused me to miss my connecting flight from Germany. Had to pay out of pocket for new ticket as Air Modova refused to rebook me or acknowledge that their filght was cause of missing my connection. Will fly in/out of Moldova with Lufthansa next time.
Pros: Air Moldova staff did work out a series of other flights that got me to my needed destination after I called for a better solution than was offered.
Cons: I did not like that the flight was cancelled on short notice and the initial rebooking I was given was for 15 hours after my scheduled flight (which caused a domino affect that would cost me an additional $150). I did get a different booking when I called and requested it, but it turned a 9-hour travel day into a 24-hour travel; I only did not lose money because ItaliaRail was flexible with me and my hotel in my final destination allowed me a very late check-in. I did not like that Air Moldova did not contact me - my online booking source notified me of the change, not Air Moldova.
Cons: Flew from London to Moscow with a 40min layover in Chisinau. I had to get off the plane with all my belongings, go into the airport, through security and check back in only to board the exact same airplane to go to Moscow! The most complete waste of time and energy ever experienced! Complete rubbish as the Londoners would say. Almost missed the flight and it was delayed because of the 5-6 of us that were in the same predicament. Air Moldova, you guys need to change your ways.

Cons: on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it.

I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket.
