I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

The airline had nothing gluten free to offer me on a prolonged international flight and did not even offer to produce any gluten free snack (peanuts? cheese?) to tide me over. My luggage is still sitting in my car awaiting a process. However, in the unfortunate event that it has come into contact with bedbugs it may be too late :("

SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

Any carry-on item over 8 kgs was refused access to the airplane, and had to be unpacked at the gate in full view of other passengers to remove all electronic devices or breakable items, prior to being left with the gate agent to be placed on the plane as checked luggage. This procedure was conducted in an officious and highly non-customer friendly way, and was embarrassing to those passengers who had to "strip down" their single bag, in particular for female passengers who had overnight clothing and toiletries. A more practical and customer appropriate approach should replace such a draconian procedure."

The rest of them have legs or boxes under the seat in front of you, so there is really now way you can stretch your legs fully under the seat in front of you during the flight. I was able to secure 4G for my return flight from Warsaw, but going to Warsaw from O'Hare I was put into 6B, no proper room for the right leg. They did not let us use the Business Class bathroom, which was much closer. We had to go all the way to the bathroom behind the row 19. Very inconvenient. They allow dogs in the Premium cabin, so if you are allergic to dogs brace yourself. I fly LOT only when I have no other option."

Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."
