Crew was very attentive and cabin was clean . There was no entertainment so I gave that question a 3 star not that it was bad.

Al llamar a Iberia(horas antes de nuestro vuelo)para informarles que por llegar a Venecia a bordo de un crucero y este no poder entrar a puerto en hora por motivos de la neblina y por esa razon no poder llegar en tiempo nosotros al vuelo,nos dijeron que no podiamos volar con ellos desde el vuelo de Madrid al otro dia a Miami y solo nos ofrecieron otro vuelo para 3 dias despues y con un precio bastante alto,conclusion que siendo una compania tan reconocida poco nos ayudaron, por no decir practicamente en nada,
Missed connection from Chicago. International connections need more time to complete
Rarely served drinks, 1h 30 min delayed flight, therefore missed connecting flight, mo assistance at all from crew regarding alternative connections, I will never fly with Iberia again
Arrived on time
The seat pitch was so small my knees were hard against the seat in front of me for 1.5 hours and I was miserable the whole time. To put this in perspective this was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on an airplane. My legs hurt the whole flight. This was the first leg of an expensive international flight and given the price of the 2 legs I should have been upgraded to a more comfortable seat. My flight to Europe on Iberia was excellent. However based on this bad experience I plan to avoid Iberia in the future because they treat their high price paying customers poorly. Peter Valorz Valorzp@yahoo.com.
