Pros: -maintenance had to fix an issue that the team was not transparent about for 2.5 hours. 0at least boarding happened swiftly -the male crew member was GREAT but the female crew members two of them were very short, rude, and not there to bring comfort to customers -chicken meal was tasty, but made both me and my father sick. Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work.
Pros: The flight was 2 hours delayed.
Pros: The dinner meal was much better than the breakfast meal we had on the flight to Paris. Leg room was tight, but not unusual. We took off a bit later than scheduled, but arrived at roughly the scheduled time.
Cons: Communication by the flight attendants could have been better--there was some situation with the restroom availability that wasn't explained.

Cons: The delay and not being informed. Now i have to eork on getting compensated for my missed connections
Cons: The wifi didnt work the entire flight and my seat recline was broken so i could not recline my seat on a red-eye flight, which was extremely uncomfortable and I was not able to sleep

Cons: My flight was canceled and I received no communication from Austrian Airlines. There was no staff at ticketing counter. The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it.
Pros: We could walk around as needed. No restrictions. Free wine with meals!
Cons: Staff not friendly or offering of assistance.
Pros: Clean and new planes. On time.
Cons: On the transatlantic flight the crew was unattractive and somewhat rude. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!
