Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it

KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours early and barely made our flight due to a 90 minute wait to check our bag

They were charging $$$ for first glass of wine. That first glass should be included in such a high price.

My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.

Very difficult to locate check in area, but after that everything went smoothly. Surprised to learn that soft drinks were not complimentary.

Improved communication while boarding. The first bus to taxi from the terminal left without explanation. people were asked to line up to board then not told in a timely manner of any delays.

it was amazing. the staff was great and the flight was amazing

Had my knees pushed by the airline chair the whole flight and the SAS flight attendant said the have a right to have it down all the way even if it’s right on my knees hurting me!! I asked them to push it just a touch so it wouldn’t be like that and they dad refused and said it’s his right to have it like that for his daughter that looks to be around 8-10 years old

Flight was canceled and the crew on the ground/front desk were I’ll equipped to handle. One woman was left to handle 150 passengers while her colleagues stood there saying: just 5 more minutes repeatedly.

Good could have been better. Comfort was fine with decent leg room and seat comfort. Would have appreciated a USB-C charger port.

Boarding and crew were excellent. Seat could have been more comfortable (hard on lower back).

Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff

Ryanair is always shite. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sadistic.

Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating

East check in and security. They are always delayed though. ALWAYS!

Amazed at huge number of people who hadn’t booked cabin bags with big troller cases and rucksacks, not being stopped, what’s the point in following rules or paying more if you don't have to bother?

Worse situation ever. Arriving at 4 am with 7 Hours of delay

Booked extra legroom seats but as plane had changed we ended up with normal seats. Very little attempt from staff to sort it out

It was delayed and there was no apology or any updates as to why. It was genuinely awful

It got us their! Delays Delays delayed, flight got in well after specified time, rental car firms shut at 11pm!!!! So from £300 for car to £689.. thank you Ryanair....

The distance between seats was narrow. So my recommendation is to increase it

Short flight, some waiting to board, but no issues and no frills.

No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.
