Cons: "I could not plug in my headphones because of the proprietary plug on the airplane. I understand some airlines used to use proprietary plugs to keep people from taking their headphones that were offered complementary for the flight but I’d rather use my high end noise canceling headphones."

Cons: "What could be more fun than being jammed into coach class? It would be the high point of anyone's day. But, it was just a 2 hour flight and I had a good book."

Cons: "We were served only breakfast and lunch ... in 16 hour travel with a cup of noodles if you asked, the stewardess needed to get reminders couple of times. The steward serving food was excellent. No coffee nor drinks were offered after meals. Food was good though."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 1 hour. we get on plane. then an announcement that in previous flight plane hit a bird so they needed to dissemble the plane. we got off plane at 11:26 pm. waited there. received a text announcement it would leave now at 2 am. the staff on site did not announce this information till 12:45 am. we waited and then got good news flight was going to take off. not in a logical way the plane took off all our luggage off the plane. and then could not add our luggage back on to the plane because tsa was now closed. so paperwork for getting luggage was poorly committed. not bright people. I hope my luggage arrives like they say a day later."

Cons: "I checked in online, printed the boarding passes as I know japan probably isn’t ready for phone apps for checking in. When I went to the counter, despite being the one holding all the documents (and having organized the whole travel itinerary, the staff only spoke to my husband (Whi hadn’t a clue about the journey) in Japanese. They proceeded to check us in on their computer and insisted that we use their paperwork, not mine. What a farce. What a waste of paper and my time."
On the flight back the seats where very uncomfortable, they where so bad that my back started to hurt after the first 2 hours. I can sit in a wooden chair for 2 hours. But these where just horrible, it just shows how cheap the airline has become. And the cabin was heated all those people in a heated cabin during a night flight. It was clear the climate control was not working. To top that off you are not even offered a glass of water, these people are animals.
Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞

Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."
Cons: "Luggage collection took a little while longer than I would have expected - only a minor point, nothing to change airlines for."
Cons: "Both times into Rome we had to wait on the tarmac for stairs. Either get more stairs or book fewer flights. The planes get hot in July while you wait endlessly on stairs."
I need a walker to be able to walk. That is not a wheelchair. Some of your staff considered it as a piece of luggage and wanted to put it in the Cargo hold. Oter staff considered it to be as a walking aid and held that I could take it into the cabin. A little more schooling of your staff would certainly be appreciated by your clientele.

Cons: "I requested a special meal request online but it didn’t go through, and the crew had to find me an alternate meal."

Pros: "Flight was uneventful (the way it should be) although it was over an hour late leaving LHR. The cabin was clean and in generally in good condition. Leg room was okay for a short flight. Didn't try the onboard cuisine but it looked good in the pictures, although somewhat expensive!"
Cons: "The bag drop at LHR T5 was bad. I was in line for almost 25 mins waiting to use the self-serve system. Almost every one of the 10 or so people in front of me had problems with the system and had to call over a staff member to help. It would have been so much quicker to have the 'old style' way of having check-in staff receiving bags!"

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that although we had regulation size suitcases for our London to Copenhagen flight, we were forced to check them. It was not a Finnair but a British Airlines flight. Although we were forced to check our bag, there was plenty of room on the flight in the overhead bins. Some were actually empty."

Once we landed loads of people got up, the aeroplane then started moving again and people were falling into each other - not a single member of cabin crew said anything or encouraged people to sit down"

Customers should be told about their new 'rules' and all the extra costs at the point of purchasing the the ticket as when you add the extra costs on the flight is no longer a bargain and flying with BA is a much better option."
