the in flight entertainment didn't work We had to wait 2 hours before our luggage cane off the band
Staff was good and always polite at all times even on such a long flight. Food was ok.
They lost my luggage and after one week I know nothing about it. Enough said.

I liked the space we had and the fact that my daughter and I got to sit together in a two seater window seat.
The family in the row behind us. The airline can't be blamed for that, but there should be some rules about making sure you keep your kids under control on the plane. The family had 5 kids. At least two, maybe three, of the kids were loud - like screaming and crying the whole flight. These particular kids also kept slamming the trays into the holders, which made the seat in front of them shake, definetly disturbing the people in those seats. I understand flights can be uncomfortable for kids (I have two children of my own), but these kids were out of control and very disruptive. Again, there should be rules or some type of regulations about this behavior. This family was disruptive to a whole section of the plane, that's not fair. Also, downloading the app in order to use the entertainment was frustrating. I couldn't log on to any free WiFi, which meant I couldn't download the app. So I didn't get any entertainment. If we had known while we were waiting to board that this was the entertainment option, I could have downloaded the app in the airport, which had a better connection for me. We all shouldn't have to own iPhones to get the best tech stuff - I say that because my daughter, who flew with me, has an iPhone and she didn't seem to have a problem.

Virgin Premium economy offers a great up-grade on economy. Seperate check in (faster), seperate boarding (earlier), better food, service and more room than economy.
There appears to have been an increase in cost above that you expect percentage wise. There has been reduction in the quality of the food.
Legroom was much better than on U.S. carriers doing same long trip.
My entertainment unit did not work. I was graciously offered an iPad, but declined, however, the picture quality at my son's seat was also iffy. Both my long-haul flights had poor signage for toilets.
The movie selections and comfortable headsets made it possible to watch three movies uninterrupted. The food selections were well prepared. Flight attendants were helpful and efficient.
Boarding is always a bit of chaos when our seats are right in the back. People further up insist on boarding early and block the aisles in the process. Multiple levels of passport control and baggage checkout are chaotic, but that's for most all flights coming into USA? VIrgin/Delta handled it well enough. By the time we got through passport control in Boston ur bags were waiting and we had no problems at all.
I liked everything, which is very uncharacteristic :)) At least compared to the big American carriers or the national European ones, VA is a gen - esthetically for sure. Clean, comfy, stylish! Will be my choice from now on.
All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful.
Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable.
Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment.
With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing.
Crew was friendly and polite, both beverages and an excellent lunch was offered.
A delay was not ideal but nothing to worry about since the flight arrived on time.
