Cons: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Pros: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Cons: The crew was horrible. They walked through the aisles with no regard for passengers seated in the aisles. No food over a 9 hr transatlantic flight. This was not explained in the ticket. This was absolutely absurd. I have never experienced that before

Pros: I’ve flown with various airlines and must say that I was very impressed with this crew. I guess it was because they all were young and didn’t füdisplay burnout as so many other flight attendants show when dealing with their customers.

Cons: On both flights the control forty didn’t work.

Pros: The flight was pretty smooth considering it was a small plane.

Cons: I did not appreciate having to give my hand luggage into the hold which meant that I did not have any money to purchase any drinks on the flights and I was also sitting next to an overweight man which made it very tight for space.

Cons: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Cons: Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again.

Cons: airBaltic has a terrible luggage policy for musicians. They make you pay extra if you want to bring a musical instrument on board, even a violin which fits easily into the overhead bin. It is honestly discriminatory. Will not be flying with them again.

Pros: Slept the whole flight.

Cons: Speedy boarding was a joke. We speedy boarded onto a bus and then everyone else got on so there was no real speedy boarding getting on the plane at all. This is the second time this has happened, and I am seriously thinking of not renewing my EasyJet Plus Card because of this.

Pros: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Cons: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.

Pros: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Cons: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Cons: When we got to the airport it was hard to figure out where we were supposed to go. Our boarding passes said we had to check in at the check luggage desk. It turned out that we would not have had to wait in line since we did not have to check baggage. I don't know why they need to check papers there since we already had our boarding passes.

Cons: Was overnight flight but food was served very late and lights were on for a while so people were getting drunk and loud with free alcohol served but no milk for toddlers available.

Pros: Crewwere polite and competent. Seats felt a little cramped.

Pros: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Pros: The plane started, landed and took me where I wanted to go. That's the good news.

Cons: The pricing structure is highly opaque and they nickel and dime you in every possible way. If you don't print out your boarding card, if you don't check in online… you can't make it up they charge you when you have a hiccup. It's disgraceful and shameless. You discover these extra fees along the way because they don't mention this up front and in bold letters—for a good reason.
