Pros: "Boarding was quick and easy. Blankets and pillows were ample and already at the seat."
Cons: "Food was worse than what I had come to expect from Cathay Pacific. Drinks were less frequent. Restroom facilities were not well kept over the course of the flight."
Pros: "The crew is not so amazing and the food is not so good.They only serve pork and sea food..i don't eat those food for my religion and i asked for another food anything as long as i had something for im starving, for they never had another food to give? You mean i cannot have food while boarding the plane? Im starving and they don't gibe us any food to eat even if i asked them if theres anything . And that is a total not agreeable we are 3 people riding the plane myself and my kids and we did not have anything to eat. The crew is rude when I asked something instead of looking for another food is theres any. I paid for my flight including the food and i was not able to eat."

Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞

Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."

Allow extra time if changing planes at Gatwick, UK. You have to go through customs, out of the departure area and then go back through airline check in, back through security and back to departure area. Departures is at the opposite end of the terminal area, about a quarter mile hike each direction. Poor signage also.
