I just put on my headphones. I understand this happens and sympathize with the parents. There were empty seats in front of me but I didn't want to offend anyone by asking to move. :("

They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew."

Cons: "The whole experience was lousy cannot stress enough how bad the airplane , service n the thing they call food is on this route Rdu to London"
Cons: "I received an email offering online checkin 36 hours before the flight. I tried to use this function, however as I understand from speaking to a representative, because it was a British Airways flight on a Finnair carrier I was not able to do so. This didn't pose a real problem on the first leg of my trip, however on the return I was almost bumped from my flight (as again I was not able to checkin online). This would have caused major problems for me as I needed to be back in NY that night to pick up my dog, and the following morning had several important meetings."
Cons: "Departure was posted as "on time" even though the plane arrived 5 minutes before boarding time and had to be emptied, cleaned and prepared for us. Then we were told there was a delay while a technical problem was repaired. To cut a long story short were were 3.5 hours late after they repaired the anti-skid system. Surely they must have known about this problem soon after landing if not sooner so why couldn't they have organised things better? A replacement plane maybe? I was once in a similar situation with EasyJet in Stansted after we had boarded the plane. They managed to get everyone off and on a new plane in less than an hour! Maybe they could teach American Airlines something?"
Cons: "this was an american airlines flight sold as though it were a finnair flight. as a result, we were unable to check in online or choose seats online. this was a huge inconvenience, as we were only able to choose seats at the check in desk just before the flight. why, kayak, are you playing this age? don't try to miss lead me regarding what airline I'm flying."
Pros: "I had a great trip to London, the crew was fantastic and answered all my questions. the food was better than I was expecting, since I hadn't been on a plane for quite a couple of years."

Cons: "Experience was totally let down by the airport; nothing to blame the aircraft staff though. Avoid Helsinki airport like the plague for stopovers: bad signage, woeful information how to get to the city efficiently in English. HORRIBLE experience when trying to get lost property: you got to PAY for your initial email or pay top dollar just for a stupid and aggravating phone call!!! The number of exclamation marks is not exaggerated here. You can't even ask if they even have the item in their possession. Rarely had such a bad experience at an airport, and I travel a lot for work. This alone makes me think thrice about EVER getting Finnair again. Same company that manages the airport, so I'm giving this flight a bad review."

It was more of a routine / rush job rather than making sure that everybody was served and got what they needed ( had to ask for my dinner as my row was skipped and was never offered coffee before landing). The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"

Sent to another airport except the free shuttle wasn't running, 50 dollar taxi ride later I got to sleep on the floor until the gates finally opened 5 hours later"

I just want to sleep on overnight planes but activity and lights made it difficult for nearly two hours, I travel Southwest and Alaska in the US quite a bit, they take drink orders and then serve on tray. It works MUCH better. No tea/ coffee in am, third time that has happened, perhaps could offer it for self serve available in the galley until 30 minutes before landing."

Flight was delayed which was lucky, as no one could get through the lines in time. 25 minute wait upon landing for a jet bridge to be attached, then another 50 minutes for baggage to appear. All in all it was more than a 7 hour process to fly Venice to Dublin! There may have been some sort of internal system problems, but they were never mentioned which really just led to lots of frustrated passengers throughout the whole experience."
