I left my phone accidentally on the plane when we arrived in Düsseldorf. The crew were willing to go back and pick up my phone for me.

I liked arriving safely at my destination despite a delay due to atc strike. Thank you BA pilots for doing a great job. Not to mention politely letting passengers come view the flight deck during the delay to ease the boredom.

When kindly asked a question by me, one of the staff didn't understand and instead kept insisting we didn't need a landing card (we did). Tried to rephrase the question and she persisted without trying to understand, rolling her eyes and swearing under her breath. Oh, and did I mention the part where we had to pay for our checked bags again? 75€ per bag. For me and my wife, that's the equivalent of a third ticket for our flight. May as well had our luggage fly next to us. So rude staff and exorbitant pricing for things that somehow weren't logged through third party. Cheers! (Sarcasm)

I felt that they were very thoughtful about the fact that it was a long flight. We got two small meals, which was perfect, and even a little gift bag with a sleep mask and toothbrush and such in it. These were just a couple of the many nice touches included in the flight.

Very small quibble: the screen resolution, or maybe the contrast, of the personal video players was not so great. This was fine in most cases, but it meant I could not watch videos that had subtitles. Not a big deal but possibly worth fixing. Thanks

Food was good and that is all I can say was good about that flight

The male Stewart was very unprofessional by commenting out loud that I was too fat for the seat that I was assigned. The lights in the plane kept going off and on along with the video. I could not understand the pilots English. I was not allowed to get out of my seat as much as I wanted. I was very upset and disappointed on the male Stewart attitude.

This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most.

Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!

The airline attendants were very nice and helpful. I had to stow my backpack in the overhead since I was sitting in a front seat with no underseat storage. The flight attendant was very helpful in finding a storage place for me near my seat since I was unable to find a place that wasn't towards the rear of the plane. I've always enjoyed flying with British Airways. Always first class service no matter where you sit.

I have no complaints about my flight.

My first leg flight was delayed and I booked through kayak on two different airlines and the first airline did not communicate with the second airline so 5 passengers ran to make the change and arrived 1 min after the jetbridge to get on the plane was pulled away. It was incredible frustrating and could have very easily been avoided with communication from the airlines

The cabin crew member working in the area where I sat, Marc, went above and beyond his duties to make the family sitting next to me feel comfortable. Two of the children had special needs, and Marc brought the family chocolate, joking with the kids, and was available when they needed help. Well done.

The entertainment would sometimes pause, and the screen would go black for a moment. This was very minor though.

Once the flight was boarding/ boarded it was seamless. The crew were more than happy to meet or exceed your needs with snacks/ meals, blankets and even drinks.

Flight was delayed 1hr and 50min and the supervisor was less than accommodating even after my wife and I had told her we had 2more connecting flights this was going to affect. Due to the delay, we spent an additional $211 on flights and spent the night at the airport.

Good notification re a 30 Minute delay. Obtaining board passes was a breeze and love where I can save the passes to my wallet on my mobile device. Flight crews were helpful, cheerful and professional.

The entertainment system is a compkeyfailure and is unresponsive to touch screen. The entertainment feels like it was done to please everyone. In the process the selections are of limited interest. Movies are not interesting and often not available. If this entertainment were on the ground it would be a train wreck.

Flight from Amsterdam was 2 hours late. Caused me to miss connection on train from London to Leeds which then cost me 124 pounds to rebook. No information was forthcoming at all at the airport and there were 3 different departure times given. Absolute chaos. The airline is a joke

Seat were very uncomfortable.. hard, not enough leg room and there was no way to sleep comfortably with the head rest that is set up so you can rest your head on it,but its awkward and hard an in the way...

Did not take the flight in the end

My first leg flight was delayed and I booked through kayak on two different airlines and the first airline did not communicate with the second airline so 5 passengers ran to make the change and arrived 1 min after the jetbridge to get on the plane was pulled away. It was incredible frustrating and could have very easily been avoided with communication from the airlines

Good notification re a 30 Minute delay. Obtaining board passes was a breeze and love where I can save the passes to my wallet on my mobile device. Flight crews were helpful, cheerful and professional.

With seats being so tight causing an issue when getting in and out of seats.

Everything went very fast and smooth. I didn't have to queue for the boarding. The Sita were very comfortable, the crew very friendly and halepful and the selection of the movies A+.
