Pros: I've stayed at several nice hotels in Chicago and this is by far my favorite. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated, incredible A-V/home automation controls. This was the perfect home-base for a multi-day business trip. The atrium also had a splendid Sunday brunch with string quartet. Couldn't be better

Pros: I can’t say enough about this hotel and the fabulous staff!
My boyfriend and I came to Chicago to see Pearl Jam @ Wrigley Field... this was our first trip together. The weather was showing thunderstorms all evening throughout the concert and the wonderful man at the front desk offered us complementary ponchos so we could stay dry during the show!
This hotel checked every box.... the attention to detail was amazing! The rooms very spacious and absolutely gorgeous! The mattress and bedding were impeccable! And I must say... the bathroom was the bomb.com!
We will definitely return to this hotel as much as we can!

Pros: I loved this hotel, it is beautiful and stylish and well run. Staff was wonderful. I was offered a later cleaning time in order to get more work done in the mornings without even asking. The style of room and hotel is exactly as pictured and feels very well thought through and a lovely neo art deco concept. Wtih a surprisingly comfortable divan for reading with side table, light settings in both day/relax mode and vanity/full in the bathroom, and a proper espresso machine in the room. House keeping was excellent with comendable attention to detail and very considerate moving of things to allow proper cleaning. Everything felt very well run and well taken care of and professional.
