We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?
Pros: "Seats were great! Legroom was great and im 6’4” Plane was mostly empty due to COVID-19"

He said it would be at baggage carousel 4. Our flight’s carousel was 2. The stroller never came. JetBlue employee had to get for us 1+hr late"
Cons: "Therer were four different planes listed leaving at my gate at one time. I was eventually moved two times to different gates. Outbound flight delayed almost an hour and the terminal was extremely overcrowded. Return flight was delayed almost four hours. No notifications made of delay prior to arriva"
Pros: "Seat spacing and comfort were above average. Enroute turbulence was a negative. Food not tried. Entertainment not to taste but wife enjoyed."

Cons: "the crew was gruff, there were no outlets on the plane, the flight was delayed WELL BEYOND the 40 minutes it was announced to be (1.5+ hours delayed) which, had I known in advance, would've been useful information for rescheduling instead of just missing other travel arrangements on the other end."

Cons: "My seat didn’t recline. Don’t know why. Button would be pushed - didn’t matter. For a 6 hour flight to Reno AT NIGHT, that sucked. Then my TV went black about 1/2 hour into the flight. Crew didn’t know what happened, but it was a slew of tv’s on the right side of the plane (window seats mostly) that had this problem. These two things made for a tough flight."
The crew should demonstrate flexibility by moving a screaming infant to its own seat with 1 parent
The crew on both flights were courteous and professional. The flights were smooth and on time. Great experience overall. There could have been at least a drink on the flight's JFK - JAX leg.

Pros: "None of the above. I actually liked nothing about this trip. Took off at London in time for Frankfurt, arrived early, but missed the connection to Tel Aviv. So I had to be routed to Munich to catch a 10:30 pm flight, which arrives at 3 am Sunday. So I wasted the entire day, starved, exhausted."
Cons: "Proper connection time. I lost the entire day, and now have to get a cab for $100 instead of my colleague meeting me. 3 am is impossible. And I am still not in Tel Aviv."

Cons: "There was not enough room for all the people’s cabin size luggage. They allowed people to get on board with big coats once they’re in the plain they take off the coats and place them up. Those coats take the same space as a small suitcase. I asked the fly attendants for assistance and they didn’t even pretend to care about the situation. I had to put my luggage under the seat for the entire flight, which ended up reducing the very reduced legroom. What this airline is trying to do is; to charge passengers twice for cabin size luggage. This has been my worst experiences with airlines. Lufthansa is definitely an airline to avoid."

Cons: "Another late take off, probably because the incoming connections were late. So it was good that the airline delayed the connecting flights. However, this leg of the trip was so late that I barely made it to third leg of the trip. A huge problem is that each of these international airports require that you go through the security check again. For that reason, connecting legs of trips through these airports should not be scheduled so close together. Heathrow is the worst, with security staff that, at best, don’t care that you have a close connection to make and just ignore your pleas to speed up the process, and at worst, are just plain rude."
Considering that our flight was changed to a day ahead and we were not properly notified, we showed up a day late and had a HORRENDOUS experience trying to figure out what happened and how to get home back to Canada from New York. After spending hours on hold with Westjet and Kayak, we came to the conclusion that we had to BUY new tickets to get home that cost DOUBLE what we originally paid. Not to mention a last seconr hotel room that cost $500 CAD for ONE night because of WestJets mistake. After meals and final costs, we had to reach out to our families for nearly $2000 CAD to get home. How was our return flight? We didnt get to take it...absolutely defeated and furious with both Kayak and WestJet who kept bouncing us back and forth on the phones with NO resolution. Unacceptable. We will be looking into compensation over this.
My flight with WestJet was cancelled due to weather and because I booked with Kayak I was not a priority for rebooking so I have not been able to find a flight for five days. My vacation time would be over at that point. I was not aware of that in cancellation I would not be a priority And could not find another flight. In a good point, I was refunded quickly and without issue it’s very disappointing. You plan your vacation and cannot find another flight without long layovers.
It was very pleasant to fly with WestJet! I would recommend to my friends. The crews were very nice too!
The plane was dirty and parts were broken. Really run down. My table kept falling down because the latch was broken. Flight attendants were just plain old mean. Don't waste your money going to Canada unless you absolutely have to. It's a hellhole.

Cons: "I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket."
