Cons: Ran 2 1/2 hours late, poor customer communication

Pros: Crew was good. As always not enough leg room if you are taller. Resent having to pay extra for more leg room.

Pros: The crew was amazing. The seats were very uncomfortable. I've flown Lufthansa many times and there is a big difference.

Cons: I don’t like the stand to put your own iPads on. Just give us the screens. Seems cheap for a 5+ hour flight. Come on american.

Cons: More efficient deplanning. It took us 40 minutes to get off the plane after it landed
