Pros:I was surprised to board an A380 to fly from KUL to BKK
Cons:In Bangkok we had to get off on the field to board a bus
Pros:Crew were good. Good food.
Cons:For some reason, the seat was very uncomfortable. Rather hard with little cushion.
Pros:Everything on time and smooth. Crew was attentive and friendly.
Pros:Second flight was quite empty and the plane was in much better shape

Pros:All of the ground staffs at Johor Bahru provided attentive and observant service. Cabin crew greeted with pleasant smile, friendly and provided excellent service.
