Cons:They overbooked our flight, sold our tickets and we didn’t get on standby. We had to wait in the airport for 8 hours for another flight because of this.

Pros:Maybe it was the time of the year but we waited longer on the plane than the flight itself.

Marc, Mar 2019
Cons:Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!

Pros:Nothing!
Cons:Boarding was terrible! Waited for over an hour between boarding area and airplane. Waited an hour to get an extra holding bag added to our flight. Customer service were lazy and untrained. The boarding announcement went from boarding to gate open to gate closed! We rushed to the boarding area to find out that we weren't boarding for another hour. TERRIBLE! Avoid Easyjet at all costs!
