Cons:The lady at the check in counter changed the seat I paid to reserve from the front to the back of the plane without informing me

Pros:The staff were prompt is serving food and drinks, good selection of movies on board.
Cons:Other passengers weren't the best, and unfortunately there were many small children on the plane, which meant it was very noisy.

Pros:plane was awesome
Cons:ran out of food options for the back of the plane...staff was rude when I asked for some pretzels or bread since they didn't have any more meatless options

Cons:extremely uncomfortable seats and hardly any space.

Cons:The plane was warm which became uncomfortable for the second half of the 9 hour flight. Also they had some issues with double booked seats and having to move people around which delayed takeoff. The staff did a good job of making the best of a bad situation thoug.
