Efficient flight route, good service
A
2.0 Poor
After 3 hours of delays, they ended up cancelling my flight. And although I could purchase one-way tickets to get to my destination, they would not offer me these flights as compensation for the cancelled flight, and I didn't end up making it home until 13 hours after I was originally supposed to arrive. It made for an extremely strenuous end to an otherwise good trip.

10.0 Wonderful
Good food this flight, crying babies nonstop though.
A
8.0 Very Good
My original booking with Air Canada turned into a headache
A
8.0 Very Good
My original booking was through AirCanada and unbeknownst to me they altered flights and providers which caused a complete disaster for checking in for my flights and seat assignments. The original gate agent in Auckland had me basically doing gymnastics to get onto the future flights and have my luggage follow me.
T
2.0 Poor
The plane was very cramped to point there was no way not to touch person beside you and a stewardess screamed at my son when I touched her arm to get her attention to let her know she forgot to give him his dinner when she passed him and gave a dinner to passenger behind him. Very inappropriate response and She never came back to apologize and other stewardess said she was sorry “if I felt” she was inappropriate. Horrible experience and she should be reprimanded for her behavior
